Worst Office Ever! New Staff/Owner Extremely Rude!! Too bad too because they had good, competent staff about 7 months ago. Little older woman with an english accent and red hair made a rude face and rolled her eyes when I asked for a receipt for the Fed Ex package I was dropping off. At first she even said I wasnt even shipping Fed Ex when I explained it was Fed Ex Smart Post she made a rude comment about that particular service, scanned it and handed me my receipt. When I got home I realized that the receipt she provided me with had absolutely no information relating to my package. (In other words be careful with your package she has no idea what she is doing when you drop off the package.) She is not aware of different shipping methods or how to scan for receipts. When I called to clarify why my receipt had no personal information I had to leave a message because she just decided to close up the office earlier that day. So call before you go or you might just find a closed office regardless of the hours that are stated on the internet and front door. The following day after not hearing from her all day I called to clarify and she was rude, she got loud with me, called me stupid, said she is not in any way responsible for my package, said she was doing me a favor and when I asked for her name she said she had no time to give it to me but gave me the run around on the phone for about 5 more minutes and then rudely decide to just hang up on me. Bottom line: BEWARE...I am not sure any package dropped of here is safe.

The nice lady who worked there is no longer there. Instead I got yelled at by the new English accent lady. There are other places to go, and I will not go there again!! She was rude & talked down to me. All I asked for was to use their tape..

I see people are complaining about the lady with the accent and they are right. Worst customer service ever. I rather drive 40min to the FedEx in lakeland than go here. Consumer beware.

Altough the older lady doesnt work here anymore i still rely a lot on this place, as an avid amazon shopper- mostly textbooks this place is so nearby and it offers USPS service too.

Very friendly. They helped me pack up my items & secured it better since my tape would not stick. I will definitely go back for future shipments.
