Giving this experience one star is generous!!! Absolutely the worst customer service! I waited at my home in Cleveland all day, with the door open and blinds open, to watch for the truck. Not only did FedEx NOT deliver the package, I never saw the truck once, AND the driver reported I was "not home." The package was sent with an express payment made to get the package in two days, and now I am being told that it will be delivered Monday versus being left at their pick-up site so I can pick it up versus having it left on my porch when I cannot be there. Absolutely unacceptable! And the customer service representation was absolutely no help and not willing to accommodate to refund the $$$ paid to expedite the delivery. Will not use FedEx or any products that require FedEx delivery. Not worth it!

if i could id rate 0 stars... one of the worst companies i ever seen in my life... i ordered 1,000$ worth of stuff for my store nd i never got it there driver signed for it and took my stuff...very unprofessional make sure u dont use them or u will lose what u shipped out or are receiving..theyll say we will check it out and call u back nd have u waiting forever for no call back i had to call back on top tht bad customer service for somethin thts there fault? like i said never seen this in my life seems like a crooked business with crooked employees nd drivers...dont blame the customer for ur fault.. plus still no solution best thing they say is "i understand plz wait while we resolve"....world doesnt revolve around fed ex som ppl have business they r tryin to run

My package was listed as "out for delivery" 2 days in a row. I sat here waiting.." at 5:30pm the status online changed to "delivery exception". "Will be delivered on next business day"...No cal,l no updates from anyone...And oh yeah this is a reorder after my first package came and the box was destroyed and the wooden cabinet inside was all smashed up..Ended up calling Fed-Ex 1-800 #.. Got the ol "shucks were sorry....but nothing we can do"..The worst service I have ever encountered...I will never use Fed-ex for my personal or business shipping..

It is amazing that this place keep getting bad reviews and it has not closed down. They did not ring the bell when they came the first time so I missed them although I was actually home. The second time they left the slip saying I could sign it to have the package delivered. I signed it and they did not care and when they came (after skipping a business day) a third time they left a third note. Do I really have to ask for a day off work to receive a package? it seems like it because now I have to pick it up myself during business hours of course.

They tried to deliver 3 times and left notes each time. 3rd time was the final attempt. Thats fine. They give you a number to call. They told me to drive out here to pick it up, about 25 minutes away but alright. The hours they tell you on the phone are monday-friday 8am-8pm. I went Monday at about 12pm, and there was noone there. The gates said closed Sunday and Monday. Wasted trip. Im trying again today. I guess they only hold the package for 7 days before sending it back to the shipper so hopefully theres someone there when I get there.

Waited home all day for package. Looked around 3pm online to make sure the package was being delivered today and found out that they said that I was not available. The never rang my doorbell nor knocked (I even tested my doorbell to make sure it worked). The only thing I can think of is the delivery guy was afraid of my Beware of Dog sign so he decided not to do his job. The only thing they were able to do was to have my package sent to a Kinkos/FedEx location for me to pick it up. Will avoid ALL use with FedEx where possible.

Fed ex is HORRIBLE. They make it such a pain to get your package in the event you arent home, even if you authorize them to leave a package that needs signed for they wont and then you have to hunt down your package. Ive never had a delivery by this company that didnt turn into a fiasco. Maybe they should take a look at what ups is doing and follow suit because we generally get 2-3 packages daily from ups and NEVER have had a problem.

Missed the package the first day. Took off work the next day to wait on the package but apparently they dont deliver everyday contrary to what the slip they left says. Told them I would pick up but they couldnt tell me when I could pick up but they would call me when I could....playing the waiting game.

I had a delivery set up for the a friday and I stayed at home all day waiting on the package to find out they cancelled the delivery date until the next day due to the weather at the end of the day. The next day came along and I waited all day once again. Im so very dissatisfied with their services...

I have never seen shipping so slow in my entire life. Been over a week. Was ordered on 1/3/17 and said the delivery date was 1/7/17. On 1/7/17- my package was still in Utah (Im in Ohio) and now it says pending for a delivery time. Please close your doors and give your business to UPS.

Had a shipment that the vendor messed up on, but thanks to Tony and Tammy, they were able to track down the package and save the day. It appears that people only leave negative reviews here, so I wanted to share an experience that was outstanding. Thank you!! John

This location and service were terrible. Told me to pickup between 8 and 8pm which was the processing center. When I arrived the guard told me the package was held next door but they were closed and I would have make other arrangements. Wasted trip.

got my delivery it the time frame that it was scheduled. The guy delivering was friendly. I do not know how he carried up the box with such ease while maintaining a great attitude. It was heavy ............ The Delivery came with no damages....

Package never delivered and there was a note on the package and in their system to leave package at door! Waited all day and night and come to my front door to find a note saying they missed me at 8:37pm. Never will use again.

They delivered my packages to the wrong address ,then didnt know where they took it to ,then said they would refund me the shipping ...HOW ABOUT MY $500 WORTH OF STUFF....I DIDNT WANT TO GIVE THEM THE 1 STAR!!!

Worst delivery company ever! They are my worst nightmare! I order a lot of items online. A lot of times you have no choice for who your shipper will be. When its fedex i CRINGE! They are inefficent and LAZY!

didnt ring the bell when they came to delivery. call to reschedule the time but they hold at the location and didnt delivery. ok, go to the location myself to pickup, they didnt ansower the phone !!!!!!!

Not very good at keeping track of packages or even having a idea where they are. Also difficult to find out where you need to go to pick up a package. Not very clear with signs and directions.
