Each time I receive a delivery/box from here it has a hole in it like it has been kicked or dropped etc. This is the 3rd time this year. I live in an apartment and the driver will never call they just leave a note and deliver to the main office. I have been at home every time. I am closing my account with them. UPS and USPS will at least call me and my packages arrive in better condition. Really have gone downhill. Better options.

Very hard to deal with. They have a scheduler named Tammy that does whatever she wants and is never in. Spoke to a Denny or Dennis Jamiot and he is of no help and just says that you misunderstood what Tammy said.
