Give me UPS any day! They can at least use a navigation system to find the address! Package was supposed to be delivered Fri, had to track package to find out that theyre too stupid to use gps or call for directions. Address is actual and real, otherwise USPS and UPS wouldnt be able to find me. FedEx already lost a replacement phone this summer, hanging it on the mailbox at the end of 1/4 mile driveway. But it was my fault for not knowing they would do this. They never even knocked on the door. Only to loose the 2nd replacement sent. Now to have to deal with another undelivered package. This is why I prefer USPS over FedEx. Wish companies would let us choose the delivery carrier, FedEx would be ou tof business

Worse ever. I have yet to have a positive experience. Drivers are rude and toss large packages at my feet. Recently, half my package was lost and i was treated like it was my fault. I called several times, went to the pick up site several times to solve problem. Eventually i had to locate my own package, and when i finally did, 2 weeks later, they acted like i was trying to steal it. Worse ever.

I guess since the shipper picks the company, they dont care about the actual delivery. Love the packages I get from UPS...email notification, time they dropped off, etc....with FedEx, I had to call and get tracking number...call FedEx and eventually go to this facility to pick up my package. I paid WAY too much for shipping to have this crappy service.

There is always a problem getting my packages in good condition and now Im having a problem getting my package delivered when Ill be home to sign for it, and for some reason it cant be held there for pick up. I dont understand the lack of customer service.

Horrible service been waiting on a package for over a week they said to verify my address but heres the hilarious part they sent that postcard to my address with the correct address on it but they cant find my address ? Idiots

Tip toed to the door didnt ring the bell or knocked on the door just hung his sticker and tip toed back to his truck, needless to say, I wont get package 2day delivery till Tuesday now - maybe!
