So i missed the 1st delivery attempt for a small package for car parts. I decided to go to EfingEdex to pick it up myself. I call the 1-800-No Satisfaction number and i was told that the package is in the truck and i should stop by between 4:30 and 5:00pm on Columbia road in Richfield at their main office. So i drive 45 minutes ...rush hour and i get to their offices/front entrance. The security guy was really nice and got all my info about the package and told me to pick up the phone and a lady will ask me for some details bla bla bla and we will go pick up the package. Well no package for me since the truck wasnt in the facility yet. So im like "can you guys call and ask when he or she is coming back ?".....answer....WE CANt...the driver dont have a radio station!!! Im like well in these days we have cell phones.HELLOOOOOO!!!!..how about if somebody calls that person and ask him when is he coming or if hes coming withing 1/2 hour so i know if its worth waiting or not since i drove 45 minutes for nothing i might as well wait another 30 minutes to get that package. answer....I cant help you with that sir!!!! Im like why in the hell would you make me drive 45 minutes during rush hour for nothing. How retard can you be. I got really mad and i had to let it go.....sorry. answer....If the package gets here by 5pm we can call you and let you that we have your package. Im like ....well thats nice of you ...can i come pick it up later on ?!.....What time do you close i ask the lady...she goes: 5:00 PM ....so when can i come pick up my package if you guys close at 5pm and now its 4:40?!....shes like tomorrow morming!!!!!... Im like i know the stupid truck its coming back with my package back to your office since its almost 5pm why in the hell would you call me and remind me that, knowing that i cant get the package today..shes like: SO YOU KNOW THE PACKAGE ITS HERE"...idiots..and idiots...only if pain would hurt...the whole FEDEX would be in hospitals under pain killers Why would a company like I_HAVE_NO_CLUE_WHAT_IM_DOING.INC would hire idiots.Most probably they have a certificate and they get to pay them less FEDEX.......a company that will mess up your plans and ruin your day , Regards, The third world country customer service wannabe NEXT TIME I WILL hire CHINAEXPRESS lol hahhaha lmao

Never shipping another thing through FedEx. I pretty much never leave reviews for anything but this is AWFUL. I had a package ordered on Friday morning that needed to have here on time. It was shipping from Indiana to Ohio (not that far at all). I did not opt. for quicker services because I was told that my expected delivery was Saturday by the end of the day. At 3 AM on Saturday morning I received a notification saying that my package had arrived at Perrysburg, Ohio. A few hours later the expected delivery updated to Tuesday by the end of the day. I watched the tracking information all of Sunday and Monday and the package did not move at all. Tuesday morning at 4 AM I received a notification that my package has arrived at FedEx in Richfield, Ohio. I thought, oh good my package will definitely arrive today. Within fifteen minutes I received another notification saying that my expected delivery has changed to Thursday at the end of the day. For those that arent aware, Richfield, Ohio FedEx location is literally thirty minutes from where the package is being shipped to. So I call FedEx customer service and they put me on with a man who tells me that he is sorry but packages can take up to 48 hours to move from one location to another and there is nothing he can do. I asked how it takes 48 hours to move a package 30 minutes to a different location. I asked to speak to a manager. After asking to speak to two different managers I was finally I was put on with someone who tells me that he can send a message to the FedEx Richfield location to ask them to make an exception to allow me to pick up my package there. So now I have to drive thirty minutes to pick up my package from a DELIVERY SERVICE. Keep in mind that while all of this was going on I had other packages delivered to my door from FedEx on both Saturday and Monday. Incredibly crappy service from FedEx and I will ALWAYS opt to ship through USPS or UPS if given the choice, regardless of if there may be higher expenses.

I had a package scheduled for delivery on Friday (1/10/14). When I came home from work, no package so I checked the tracking number online. It said that the address was incorrect. I called the 1-800-number and spoke with a customer service representative about my package. I verified the address (it was correct to begin with!) and it was then scheduled for delivery the following Monday. The afternoon rolls around and my package still doesnt arrive so I check the status of it online. Same error message; Address is incorrect. I call the 1-800-number again and this representative said that the driver couldnt find my address! HOW HARD IS IT TO FIND MY APARTMENT BUILDING?! Ive had multiple items shipped to this address, I live in an apartment complex that isnt hidden or out in the middle of no-where! I was completely fed up with their incompetence, so off I go to pick up my package. NEVER AGAIN!

One star is too many for this company. I had my clubs shipped on a Wednesday and they told me that they would arrive on Saturday... its Monday and they havent come yet and wont until tomorrow. I missed two tee times and didnt go to school today because I trusted what they said and didnt want to miss my delivery. When I called them to find out where they were and when they were going to be delivered the guy hung up on me after I gave him a confrontational tone. These people have no respect for their customers and just lost one for good. I already will never use them for printing because of the attitude one of their store managers has and now I will never use them for shipping if given the option. Use this company if you do not care how long it will take to get your package.

I will NEVER use fedex again especially this Richfield, OH terminal. I was supposed to receive my package on Saturday which I paid extra to have it next day delivery and he shows up to my house just to tell me he cant give me the package because it looks like its damaged and he has to take it back to their terminal to re-package it (WTF). So now its Tuesday and I still dont have it. Called Richfield and the girl I spoke with was very rude and unprofessional would not give me any information when I will receive my package and she also hung up on me. Terrible service !!!!

My package was listed as "out for delivery" 2 days in a row. I sat here waiting.." at 5.0pm the status online changed to "delivery exception". "Will be delivered on next business day"...No call no updates from anyone...And oh yeah this is a reorder after my first package came and the box was destroyed and the wooden cabinet inside was all smashed up..Ended up calling Fed-Ex 1-800 #.. Got the ol shucks were sorry....but nothing we can do..The worst service I have ever encountered...I will never use Fed-ex for my personal or business shipping..
