Feb 27, 2016, Saturday, Their posted closing time is 3:00 PM. However, I arrived at the store with a prepaid UPS package, addressed and ready to ship and the time was 2:48 PM; the doors were closed and locked with no one inside and no one in front. I have an atomic watch, very accurate within seconds, and other visible store clocks matched my time. Their early closing created a delay in shipment for my package as well as caused me to make an additional trip on Monday, the 29th to complete this transaction. For a shipping service store representing UPS fails to adhere to their posted operating times is distasteful to customers that rely on excellent service for their shipping needs. Richard Holland

Every time ive been to this store nobody ask if I need to send my stuff in a box they just take it and put it i a box and charge me way to much to ship my stuff. And when i bring my own box they tell me you cant ship it that way then they put it in a different box and charge me and never ask if i want to purchase one they just charge you for it. I told them to take out of the box and they were rude and mean to me. They are terrible people there. I now go to the one on the other side town a little drive but the people are Great there.

In order to print 3 pages, black and white at letter size from a USB, I was forced to rent a computer for $5 a half-hour. They cant print otherwise? A computer I needed to use for 30 seconds because you dont have a photocopier that takes a USB or a printer station? $5 to print three pages, black and white letter-sized documents. Save yourself from this place.

I dont know why this store has bad reviews on Google, I have been to there on many occasions shipping items across the globe and have had nothing but great service from the ladies that work there. The gentlemen that worked at the store was not my cup of tea but the young lady Audrey takes charge. I HIGHLY recommend seeing her for any and all shipping needs

Unprofessional, lacking customer service. Lady I spoke to was a brat and thought the world revolved around her and that store. Wasnt willing to help work through my situation and didnt make an attempt to meet half way. Ive had great experiences with other UPS stores but this store isnt ran well. Save yourself the trouble and find a different store.

If I could give negative stars for the management of this store, I would. Horrible woman, completely screwed an 81 year old woman out of at least $50+, and refused to take responsibility for messing up the shipping of two packages which led to more financial loss for those recipients. Steer clear of this place! They are the worst.

So I needed to ship a large tv and to box it they tried to charge me more than it wouldve cost to ship the darn thing. Also, when I called I was put on hold for over 5 minutes and then the line just cut off and when I called back the girl just had no people skills. She was just answering me with one-worders. I was not impressed.

UPS lost my shipment that was suppose to be delivered yesterday. so now I am stuck with waiting 8 days for them to fix their error. Because the piece of s&$* delivery man likes to lie and "deliver" their shipments on time. But the items are nowhere to be found. Terrible company that I refuse to use ever again.

I dont know why this place has so many bad reviews. Ive used this service many times over the years and never had a bad experience. The people have always been at the very least polite, sometimes quite friendly, depending who you get. Packages always arrive at their destination as expected. No problems.
