Excellent service. Reliable, punctual, proficient and professional. Our usual courier, Mark, exemplifies all of these qualities and more. He is courteous and considerate. When he is on vacation, he lets us know ahead of time so we are expecting a new courier. The couriers that fill in for him the few times he has been out, have been just as reliable and professional. Also, at times when may be a standard office closure, such as Thanksgiving, he remembers to coordinate alternate pickup days. Any time that we have to change our pickup, the office staff that answers the phone is always courteous and promptly cares for any needs we have. I am slow to recommend a company but after nearly 3 years of dealing with Mark and the company as a whole, I can most assuredly recommend Blue Streak Couriers.

Blue Streak Couriers of Jacksonville Florida are a highly professional company and are the "got to" service providers, in my opinion, if you ever happen to find yourself in need of sending packages, letters and etc. that you would like to have arrive on time and in perfect condition. For exceptional services, just request for Terrence Marshall and you wont regret it. He has delivered to my office building for years and we have never had any issues, but have always been greeted kindly and treated with the utmost respect. Here at Southside Animal Clinic our afternoon courier is Michael Radcliffe. We always enjoy seeing him come in with a smile on his face and a warm greeting. He always has an updated weather or surf report to share with the girls as well as some funny stories. Its nice knowing he is local and a fellow Fletcher graduate. Some of the products we order can be heavy and he comes right in and without hesitation he takes them to the back for us while saying hello to all of our pets. Michael is definitely an asset to your company.
