Owner flat out told me to leave the store mid-transaction(in front of another customer) because my toddler knocked over some packing supplies.Do you think its fun having to run 100 errands with a fussy 2-foot human that thinks the world is his playground?I was SO excited when I saw there was a shipping place next to the gym I go to every morning.We just moved to Mount Dora and I own an online boutique and as a busy mom of 3 boys,being able to multitask ANYTHING of your morning in one spot is so nice.But mr.constipated-angry-at-the-world mail express sure knows how to treat a customer!I had a kind tone of voice,as mom always taught,finished my transaction and walked out and took a picture of the business to share on social media.He comes out and says "make sure you get the video of it too so they can see it!!" I would love to Ornery Pants,I would love to :)

I have used this location to drop of packages or prepaid returns because of its convenient location. I recently had to return a large printer for repair with FedEx ground and took it here. They offered me a hand truck to bring it in from the car and were very helpful. FedEx charges were probably slightly higher than if I had done the label at home but given I had used them several times without paying them (due to prepaid return) I thought it was only fair to pay the difference.

Mail-Express is such an awesome place, not only is it a one stop shop, but the owners are wonderful people. Always greeting you with a smile, and always willing to lend a helping hand, I would not take my packages, mail, etc. anywhere else! So glad Mail-Express is there, so very convenient and you know you will be treated like family.. Highly Recommend!!

Ive been using this Mail Express since it opened (one of the original boxholders) through two owners and multiple employees. The service is consistently good, employees have always been friendly, and I never have to worry about my deliveries (some quite heavy and/or bulky) being mishandled.

They gave me a price of $40 for a FedEx 2-day letter, which I thought was too much. Went back to my office and did it myself online and it cost $22.
