Yesterday, the worker threw a box against my door blocking it. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, that it just dropped. Today however, I actually saw her not only drop it but, kick it to my door. When I asked her to stop throwing and kicking our packages, she said, she didnt. I told her, I just saw her do it, then she said, I just pushed it with my foot and continued on her way. Shes lucky neither package contained a breakable! This is ridiculous!!! She needs to be retrained or fired!! She has no customer service skills whatsoever and and obviously doesnt care about her customers belongings!!!

Got the pink slip certified mail delivery!!! I was right at the door as the carrier was putting the mail in the mailbox not once did he knock on the door!!! Call the post office three times and was told a message was sent to his scanner he should come back around and drop off the letter... not once did they come back!! And now when I call they dont answer the phone or I get hung up on! All of this for certified letter I couldve had had he knocked on the door!

Awful service. My normal carrier lost a valuable package of mine once so I called complaining and when I spoke to him he blamed me. I made a complaint and come to find out he didnt log it at my house and he left it down the street at a random house. After that he had no comments and now always forgets to leave my packages and has to return later in the day. I never had such an awful carrier or customer service in my life.

I accidently sent my package to the wrong address and had to call this facility to give an updated address and zip code. The representative was very rude and asured me that everything would be fine. its been almost a week and I havent received my package! Im highly upset and to add insult to injury Ive been watching the package go from post office to post office this is why I have a strong dislike for usps!

Is it possible to get a scale placed in this post office where you can check the weight of the item you want to mail? This way, a lot of people wont have to wait in line to be told they have enough postage or they might have enough stamps with them so they dont have to purchase postage. This is worse of the worse postal service. Bs how they lose so many packages. Yet says delivered never got it. Nobody can tell me anything.. They should shut down hire people know how do there job right. Not first time happened to me..
