ABSOLUTE WORSE! Never have I ever been so upset with receiving my package from a shipping company. My package was delivered on time but instead of the carrier taking it to the front office, or leaving it in front of the door, they decided to throw it over my balcony. Being that I live on the Second floor and I have a high fence Im pretty confident that he or she had to try to throw it a couple times just for it to make it on the balcony, which is not acceptable because my package could have been damaged. To make matters worse it rained twice that day and the next day. Since there was no notice of where the package was delivered, my package was outside over night in the rain because lets be logical no one is checking for a delivery on their balcony. I am a first time customer and I will never use this company again.

My package was supposed to be delivered in three days. Its now been six days and I still dont have it. Their infrequently updated tracking system showed that it was at their sorting facility in Orlando for 2 days. I called their customer service number last night and their rep couldnt give me any information that I didnt already know. He put me on hold to call the Orlando center to find out what was up and the came back on the line to tell me that he couldnt get through to anyone. When I asked if it was after their business hours he said "I dont know". He told me that they would email me some time within 48 hours for an update. No thanks. Ill probably cancel my order and never order anything online from companies that use them again.

I have never heard of this company until my Amazon package was supposed to be delivered through them. They were supposed to have delivered it last night by 8pm and I received a notification that at 9:38pm that my package was delivered to my front porch or front door at 9:31pm. I have yet to receive my package and have already called about it. The lady I talked to put me on hold and called the driver about it and he said that he did deliver it, which means he delivered it to the wrong address. They said that the company could refund me or go through a multiple day process of trying to find it. I told them that doing either of those is a problem since I need my package today. I am very disgusted with this company!

Horrible company!! Thiefs!! Supposedly delivered my package at 9:31pm (hmm another review claimed theirs was delivered at the same time) but I live in a gated community where the gates close at 6pm and you must be buzzed in for the gates to open. Not to mention that when I saw it was delivered on tracking I immediately looked out my door and there was no package. (Only a few minutes after it was "delivered ") Driver claims they left it at the door but that is impossible!! I was home all day and night and they never stepped foot on this property!! These drivers are stealing peoples packages and marking them as being delivered!! File complaints! This company is stealing merchandise!!

I had order merchandise from Amazon and this company said they ordered delivered my order on June 24 at my door which was a lie so now Im trying to find out why did I not receive My Orders ... They need to start making this company have someone sign for their packages since they cannot seem to get their drivers to be honest and deliver a package like they said it was . Sad part about it is they are in the area where I live and I cannot even deliver a package correctly really .. They need to fire that employee that said they did deliver which was a lie I know I sure would if they work for my company evidently they must be stilling packages

Im giving one star only because they managed to get it to my home. It was thrown out by my gate, not near my front door at ALL. Anyone driving by could have easily taken the package. Fortunately we are not having rain at this time, otherwise it was left in the wide open. It said on the delivery feed back online that it was left by our door. NO, No it wasnt. Lazy delivery person.

It was noon on Nov. 25. 2015. I was needing to leave my office early because we were closing for the Thanksgiving holiday and I knew my package was on the truck to be delivered by 8 PM that night. So I called LaserShips office number and told them about my situation and they rerouted the diver to my office. he arrived at 12:30. amazing and great timing. Five stars for sure! :D

The worst possible company to use if you want to receive a package. If you like not knowing where your package is, this is the place for you. Their "tracking" method gives you a very vague idea of where it is. I just received mine an hour late and it was somebody elses package! Luckily I caught the driver before he left and exchanged it for mine.

Never got my package! It was my first delivery from Blue Apron I guess someone else is enjoying my meals. Tracking page showed it was delivered in front door I was home the whole day and never got it. I called them and they said they will deliver in 15-20 min but never got it

I have had packages left in the middle of my yard in a rainstorm with no bag and destroyed products. Then today my amazon says delivered yet NO packages. Tried contacting them with no response.
