DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!!!!!!! They told me my package was to be delivered by 3 pm and was set up for signature. My son waited until 5pm and the package had not arrived. He had to leave and no one was there to sign for the package. I tracked the shipment and it showed delivery by 8. Called the store and they said to contact customer service. Employee did not care at all. Now I have to pay a re-delivery charge. I certainly will not be using their service again. When one of their employees tells you something - clearly they do not know what the are talking about.
