have a box there and they have lost my mail like 4 times now, delivered it to the wrong box or it got sent back etc etc stamps are more expensive and shipping is more because they charge a premium for being a store so even USPS rates are higher also they just need to be a little more careful and be competent its not rocket science its just mail but im moving cuz too many problems, if your going to get a box just sign the shortest contract to see how you like it because now I am locked in for the rest of my year or whatever............ disappointed one too many times

Outstanding. I discovered them when I was in desperate need of a place that had both a notary *and* shipping services. Now Im in the process of moving, and they compared all the shipping options for me to help me find the best price. They repackaged when necessary and gave advice on shipping items safely. And they are ALWAYS beyond polite and helpful. Even though its so far from home for me, its a one-stop shop, and I will continue to go here before I leave town.

I have been to Postal Annex several times, shipping gifts to friends and family. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They take my random pile of oddly shaped packages and assure that they are wrapped safely and get to their destinations in a timely manner. It is a great value and really saves me time! They also have a fun assortment of gift items and cards for those last minute odds and ends.

I have used Postal Annex for my business and personal shipping needs for 5+ years. Kim, Cathy, Venus and the whole gang are friendly, helpful, professional and easy to deal with. Their pricing is fair and they save me a lot of the headaches associated with shipping internationally as well. I really never write reviews of businesses, but this one deserves a good one. Highly recommended!

Kim and Cathy Peterson are welcoming, efficient and cheerful. They can quickly determine the fastest and cheapest shipping method for packages, and its a pleasure to do business there. No sullen, resentful employees at Postal Annex, and almost never a line. I havent been to a post office in three years -- sorry, USPS, but Im afraid competition like this really makes you look bad.

Kim and Cathy went out of their way to assist with my large, unwieldy package. Im convinced I got the best rate possible and my sister received the box a full day earlier than expected. Forget the post office or UPS. Im shipping from here in the future!

I had mortgage documents notarized, was never told a price until after he was finished and the price was 70.00, I would have gone some place else if I would have know it would cost so much and to not be informed just really pissed me off!!!!!
