Mike from the UPS store really went above and beyond to help me ship a couple of my packages that was proving to be a problem. So frustrated with the problems, I just asked them to throw away packages that had to be returned that day or not at all. I received an e-mail saying they could help me further getting these boxes out. Their work is greatly appreciated and I will praise the customer service they provided!!

Garbage. I drove here to return an Amazon item and the hillsbury dough boy behind the counter wanted to argue with me over some tape. They wanted to charge me for tape. Ive never had this happen. This is the 2nd time Ive had problems shipping from one of their Ohio locations. Los Angeles they treat me better than this. FedEx here is the way to go.

Will never use this store again. They did not honor their damaged package claim made when I shipped my product. They neglected to tell me that claims for "that type of package" can only be made when shipped from UPS, and not the UPS Store. UGH ... out ~$35 ....

Everyone leaving bad reviews seems to be complaining about ups in general instead of this specific location. To clarify, the people at this location were nothing but helpful, nice, and efficient.
