Some intolerant employees, one in particular, rude A.F!, to myself and my child as well!..unacceptable. Two employees and the Director gave me the run around for a post office box I paid for online. I didnt have access to it for the first week after purchase! I have dealt with several post offices from Akron to Cleveland in the last two years. North Akron has been, hands down, the most unpleasant and unnerving experience. Many times when I walk out of this place, I find myself saying aloud I cant believe this post Office has 4+stars. Yikes.
