I frequently drop off packages with pre-paid labels created through eBay at this location. No problems when I just drop them off at the side counter and go about my day. However, yesterday I was doing a favor for someone and shipping out a piece of their mail as well. I had two pre-paid packages with me and figured Id give them to the clerk to scan in since I was waiting in line anyways. When the clerk scanned the second package, a First Class parcel at 15 oz, she immediately told me that I couldnt ship anything over 13 oz First Class. She wouldnt listen to me about the commercial rates offered to sites like eBay that allow for First Class parcels up to 15.9 oz and refused my package. In her mind, I was obviously wrong and somehow tricked the system into printing out a USPS postage stick. I was left with no choice but to drive to another USPS location and simply drop my First Class parcel in the kiosk box. Clerks at this location need to be updated on the actual current postal regulations for commercial sellers so as not to cause their customers that they depend on for their jobs to drive to a post office 10 miles away or even worse, have their packages not be scanned in if dropped off and go into postal purgatory. I wont be dropping off any more First Class parcels over 13 oz here ever again until I know the clerks have been properly briefed and dont argue with me in front of other customers.

People here are completely rude and incompetent. I paid for 2 day priority mail, physically brought it to the post office and 3 days later tracking says its still awaiting the package.. working at the post office really isnt hard. If you cant scan a bar code move it to the correct spot you really need to rethink life in general. The government needs to care more about the services they provide their people and the people they hire to provide these services that Im sure my hard earned tax money contributes to.. DO NOT TRUST THIS OR REALLY ANY POST OFFICE IN JACKSONVILLE,FL. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR BELONGINGS OR BUSINESS. SAVE YOURSELF AND JUST PAY THE LITTLE EXTRA TO SHIP FEDEX OR UPS ATLEAST YOU CAN DEPEND ON THEM.

This place is honestly of the most pathetic examples for a govt. office I have ever dealt with. Even the mail carriers are incompetent. They have sent my package to the wrong house and claimed it was delivered even though I have received nothing. Then when I complain they say there is nothing they can do because the carrier said he delivered it. They could care less about anybodys mail all they want is to eat lunch and go home whilst working as little as possible. If I could give these people ZERO stars I most definitely would. Go anywhere else if possible youd be better off strapping your mail to a random bird and hoping it gets where it needs to go than using this post office. They are less than useless.

I just moved into a new place about two weeks ago into an apartment. For those of you that know what it is like to move, it isnt fun, so to wait 3-5 days for my locks to be changed on the new mailbox is a burden that everyone has to deal with. When I went to fill out the form, the customer service was good and helpful and said they would CALL ME when the locks were changed so I can go pick up the new keys. 9 days go by and I still havent gotten a call. Finally, on the 10th day I call up there because its getting ridiculous...I need my mail...and they say "Oh they were done about a week ago, you can come pick them up if you want." THANKS!

The ONLY reason they get 2stars vs -10 is Albert the mgr. Got here 4:55 and they said they were closed. Then when I asked what station it was the rudest of them said "its the north station"(does she know where she works?)...and we dont care if you complain. As I was writing review the mgr walked by and I asked him who the supervisor was and he said he was the mgr. And would help me. After he did he asked the counter people what happened and they got belligerent with him. Two of the three on the counter arent fit to work with the public and should be reassigned or fired.

My experience at this particular USPS location was absolutely horrible. I, and a few other customers standing in line for an obsurd amount of time, received rude customer service from the colored man running the front desk on 03/23/17 around 2:30 pm. Better training on how to be polite under pressure needs to be implemented to the employees working at this location. I was so upset that I just walked out without my package.

I sent some documents last friday(2/3/17) which is a priority mail,I paid extra for it to be there by Monday, now its delayeeeeeedddd????? Ordered a package and UNFORTUNATELY it was transferred from UPS to my local post office for delivery. Idiots delivered it to the wrong mailbox and marked it as delivered. I cant file a claim like the idiot at the post office advised me to do because the package is not insured. I HATE INCOMPETENCE. There is no room for it at a post office!!!

Worst customer service ever. The manager is rude and racist, and thinks that no one can touch him. I had to get in touch with the post master general for Jacksonville in order to get my issues fixed,and he was only given a warning and a slap on the wrist. Really wish I could move to a new area, just to get away from this ignorance and laziness.

my post office box is in the 32247 zip code. Mail sent to me gets returned to sender from time to time. i have addressed this issue with the man in charge at the spring park post office location, with little success. needless to say, my situation is costly to me and there is little accountability for the efficiency of that location.

This post office is a prime example of why big government is an issue. Terrible customer service. Lost my package so I ordered it a second time.... they lost that one too. After a week for each package they gave up looking. Ordered the same package with UPS and it got here the next day with the same cost.

I am trying to get my hands on goods my client ordered with the wrong shipping address that " I " incorrectly entered. But I cant get a hold of this place on the phone.

I love San Marco, but cant wait to move so I dont have to worry about my mail and packages never showing up to my house. My roommates stuff never showed up either. How do you deliver mail and packages to wrong addresses? And the amount of mail I get thats not mine is ridiculous.
