Ignore the whimpering of the bed-wetting goons who seem to think their lives were ruined by this post office. Whether at the counter or on the phone, the staff at Bath has never been anything other than efficient, courteous and helpful to me. It might be because I dont go in there looking for an argument or a confrontation and treat them with dignity. Leave your ego (and that massive chip on your shoulder) in your vehicle and try...TRY not to act like a spoiled douchebag. It works.

Absolute worst customer service. I have had nothing but bad experiences with this post office from the difficulty I had changing my address and updating my voter registration when I moved, to leaving town unexpectedly due to a death in my family and having to fight to get my mail delivered. Also, when I called to get my mail service started back up a woman on the phone scolded me. When I apologized and told her there was a death she had zero sympathy.

Horrible customer service!!! Printed a shipping label on a Saturday night. On Monday they wouldnt accept it! Its not like they are open on Sunday. First time in over 500 shipped packages this has happened. Was told rudely to "take it somewhere else. " I cannot wait for FedEx and UPS to finish burying these fools. And people wonder why the post office loses money every year...

daugher went there and experience similar rudeness. She had an appointment but had to leave after they made her feel less than them, since she had a picture taken at a CVS store and they told her that she should have gone somewhere else to get the picture taken. She almost cried
