Like the other review Id give this a negative if I could. Got a package that was stuffed in the mail box that I had to crush the edges of the box to get it out. Plus the mail box door wouldnt shut because the size of the package so they left it open. Get out of the truck and put it on the front porch if it doesnt fit. Plus I had another package out for delivery the same day and didnt get it. Im sure because the mailbox was full they just said forget it until the next day. I have had several issues with delivery and at the post office. Then again we are dealing with the government. Cant wait when the day comes that UPS of FedEx takes over the mail delivery.

Russian roulette mailing bills at the DRIVE THROUGH mailbox at the post office....had to pay late fees because payments not received. I mail stuff at the Garfield heights post office on Rock side road near K-mart. See the problem with monopolies? No desire to be better! WHY COMPETE TO DO BETTER? WHERE ELSE ARE THEY GONNA GO????

Personally, service here used to be slow and awful. I have seen a change in the last year or so. The only complaint is that they are often staffed only with 1 person at front and management doesnt respond quickly when there is a back up. Home delivery can be another story - have frequently gotten neighbors mail and they ours.

Cant even get our mail .....neighbors get it . or the person is too lazy to even get out of the truck to even put the mail in mail box. Like they have to WALK but 3-4 steps. I wouldnt even give them 1 star.

If I could give "0" stars I would. Multiple times weve had packages delivered via USPS and the delivery driver has claimed an attempt to delivery but I was home. They never attempted they just lie.

Called in prior to have package held at carrier case to avoid another delay on package. They completely disregarded instructions causing another delay. Close this postal service for all I care...
