I needed new mailbox keys and I was told I had to bring a lease. I told her I owned my home then she pauses with a blank stare and says "wow I dont know what they want you to do then." Then she says I have to have my deed (which has my Maiden name on it because Im married now" .) My friend went there a few weeks ago and gave them her address and they bought her her keys in two weeks. No lease, no deed.

I dont know how long its been since the last reviews but I always have the same polite attendant & they seem to open during normal post office times 8-5. Always helpful, a little under inventory but it is a smaller post office & area.

It sucked. They are never open. Lobby hours for mail constantly changing. Asked clerk what are the business hours she didnt want to tell me. After I move to my new residency I am definitely not using this location again!!!

They never answer their phone. The lady is ALWAYS rude. This is the worst post office in all of Jacksonville and unfortunately this is the post office I have to use because of my address. Absolutely ridiculous.
