This Post Office has lazy carriers. We have a long driveway but UPS and FedEx have never had a problem delivering our packages. USPS however, 9 times out of 10 (with the 1 time being only on dry, nice days) will leave "sorry we missed you" notes in our mailbox (by the road) when we have been home all day, instead of driving the package down. Weve called and mentioned it multiple times but nothing has changed. They wont re-deliver unless you call, so the package will be sitting at the post office for days before you check your tracking and see they still marked it as delivered. Only for them to leave another annoyed note saying "I CANT BRING YOUR PACKAGE DOWN THE DRIVE. ALL ICE." Christmas week they delivered our packages to the bushes well behind the mailbox and left no note explaining where they were. We only found them after searching two days later because after digging online through tracking and delivery info we FINALLY found out where they were. All this so you dont have to DRIVE, not walk, down the driveway. If my little Nissan can get in and out Im pretty sure your mail truck can too. Doesnt the PO have a code? "Neither rain, nor snow, nor dark of night will keep us from our rounds." Guess it doesnt say "long driveways" so they can ignore it. I will be shipping my packages at a different location and requesting UPS or FedEx when I order online. And we ship A LOT of packages. They just dont give the service Im paying taxes and shipping cost for.

I wish I could leave a positive review but I just cant. prices are constantly going up and service is constantly getting worse. Im not sure what anyone is paying for anymore. Any time I have mail I am expecting I can pretty much expect that it wont make it. 50/50 chance ya know? And they only guarantee delivery if you pay insurance and then you have to go out of your way to prove it. And they will always give you the runaround on lost packages. I always use UPS or FEDEX whenever I can. If a company wont ship UPS or FEDEX dont shop there. That simple. Its worth paying a little more for an item and be sure youll get it. Put the USPS out of business or force them to do their job better. They cut labor costs and work gets sloppy while they increase prices on the customer? What other company in the world would do this? Maybe airlines.

They male that works the counter is a prick. Talks to you like you are incompetent. Half the time I dont receive my mail and the other half is I have someone elses male. Was supposed to have a package delivered today and of course it isnt there. Horrible service! Got my package which was 4 days late. The box was smashed all to hell. Just a bunch of overpaid scum bags.

All of the workers are extremely rude. They charge me more when I ship things out than they should be. If I ask for the lowest price for shipping, they wont give me it. They made a huge deal about us asking them to not leave our packages on the front porch when its pouring rain. They just have really horrible service.
