Update: Every package that Ive ever had delivered by the postman gets delivered to the wrong house! Hes even put packages that can fit in my mailbox in the wrong mailbox. Ive had to file a claim for every single package Ive had since moving to Barberton. Ive filed several complaints & nothing is done about this issue! I always have to worry about not getting my packages when I know usps has to deliver them. This is the worst post office Ive ever dealt with. Takes forever to get mailbox keys made. I requested a key on Thursday and was told they should be ready by Saturday, however I waited until Monday to pick them up. They were not ready. Two days later I called and the keys were still not ready. Yesterday while dropping off a package I inquired about my mailbox keys and they still werent ready. Today Friday, I called and they are now finally ready. It shouldnt take this long to get access to my mail!

Normal what Ive come to expect from a post office slow service one person being overworked at the counter. The inappropriate attitude when you dont know their policy and procedure. Overly anal and particularly about the size of font on the address. And even though I had printed on a piece of paper the return address and the destination address I just wanted to adhere to the outside of the package after we determine which was the best shipping option period I had to then spend another $4 plus tax on tape because I had not brought any with me. That being said I know it will get there... But just more crap that Ive come to expect from our very own USPS which really is just a privatized company that holds a United States in their name... Im uploading my receipt to show the cost of the shipment.

Their Customer Service is horrible. When you call them to ask them questions they give you a attitude and they are rude to you. I have a delivery that is supposed to be delivered by today (July 25th, 2015) but the tracking information has no information. I called the the post office and the lady who answered get a attitude and was rude to me when I questioned the fact that they dont have my package and it is late. Also when our regular carrier isnt working. Our mail gets delivered to different peoples homes. The manager at this location never does anything about the complaints. I have called and complaint a dozen times and nothing happens. I still see the same problems. I believe that they need to replace the manager and let someone come in and fix everything.

The delivery people continually want to cut across my neighbors back yard and then step on through my shrubs and landscaping, then continue through there to walk behind my garage and into a privately enclosed back yard. From there, they continue through my private backyard and out of an archway next to the house to walk around the house to deliver mail as opposed to using the front walk like they are supposed to do. Numerous complaints have gotten nowhere so it is time to do things my way now. Apparently they dont know how to read the "No Trespassing" signs posted either. Quite evident that getting other peoples mail all the time that there are some idiots working there as well.

No wonder they get bad ratings. I was expecting a package but had to work so they attempt delivery and since I wasnt home it went back on the truck. I get the slip of paper to go pick it up and when I get there they tell me I cant get it until the next day! I called this morning and said hey Im home can it be redelivered? Nope. They said it will sit there for a few days and then gey shipped back. Now I have to walk all the way across town to pick up a package worth 130 bucks or I will never see it! Lazy people I swear.

Just spent 4 minutes letting phone ring and ring with no answer at the Barberton OH Post Office, trying to find out where my package that says was delivered yesterday, is located. They constantly (every other day) give me mail that belongs to others on my road. A while back, someone there decided that my residential address was the Woodford Elementary School in Barberton (I live in Norton), and I got all their mail for awhile. Really? Does a house look like an elementary school??!!?? Worst post office I have ever dealt with!

I came in yesterday to apply for a passport. The counter closes at noon on Saturday, which I didnt realize til I walked in at 11:50. Melvin was extremely helpful and patient with me, even though he was working til after close. Everyone behind the counter was friendly and welcoming. As someone whos worked years in customer service, its easy to spot when service at an establishment is exemplary. Individuals who are quick to call out "horrible" service usually do not know how to communicate their grievances in the first place.

Usually pretty good but my mail periodically is delivered to the wrong address which makes me have to get them to retrieve it and deliver it to me. This is irritating especially when its a package Im waiting for. They always take care of it eventually but if the carrier would just read the address closer this wouldnt happen. It is possible they are understaffed thats why I gave 3 stars instead of 1 or 2.

They constantly deliver to our office after business hours. They dont follow up on missed deliveries. We had open packages on a marked as non-delivery door over the weekend that were ripped open. They have left packages out in the open after hours after numerous complaints. Is there a way to take this up to the postmaster general?

My mail carrier leaves my mail box door open all the time and my mail gets soaking wet if its raining. She also always leaves my packages on the step IN the rain. Oh and Im still waiting on two packages that have never been delivered...

Mail was never delivered. Was expecting an expensive package. Instead tracking said failed delivery attempt and to reschedule delivery or pick up with the slip they left. They never left a slip because they didnt even show up.

Always a pleasant experience. I would venture to say that we need more people at the front windows but nothing that a normal person can handle. I have not had a bad experience in 15 years! Also Our mail lady is AWESOME!

Post Office stopped mail delivery on Robinson Avenue during construction WITHOUT any sort of notification. When I went to the post office to pick up my mail - it had already been picked up....BY WHO????
