Theres nothing good to report on the Canal Fulton USPS! They have wrongly delivered 4 of my packages simply because they are too lazy to read the street address correctly. They are rude and professionally irresponsible. Going into the actual post office is annoying, again rude customer service upon every time Ive gone, long ridiculous lines, slow service. Ive spoken to the Post Master and she was incredibly rude asked me why I didnt get tracking number on it, told her I did, but never came to my house thus why I was standing in front of her. Every time they have a sub our mail is missing, misdelivered and we receive someone elses mail (same house number, wrong street)! Please send someone in here to investigate!

I wish that I could give them 0 stars. The people that work in this office are terrible. They delivered a very expensive package to someone else in my condo complex and did nothing to help me find it or recover it. Basically, my loss. When I called to talk to them they were rude. They thought they put me on hold, but they didnt, and I could hear them on the phone making fun of me and my situation. Honestly, if I didnt have to use the post office, I wouldnt. I have complained to USPS to no avail. They do not care whatsoever for anyone or anything. They also dont deliver my mail until around 6pm which is absolutely ridiculous. Worst post office ever!

We run a small business out of our home and sell on an online site that if shipment is delayed it counts against you. My package have consistently been late or not update in USPS system. Now I have lost the ability to see on that site because of NO UPDATES, MISPLACED ITEMS, ITEMS NOT SCANNED, SO NOW WE LOST are desperately needed MONEY! I think someone high up needs to investigate Canal Fultons Postal Services and maybe get a NEW POSTAL MANAGER! I only gave it 1 star because apparently you can NOT give a ZERO rating , which is what it deserves!

I have no problems with the office, but mail delivery is horrible. This is the third time in the last couple months a package was scanned as delivered and wasnt. This time there were 2 packages i was waiting on, one scanned as note left, no secure location, one as delivered. No note. No package. And it mail doesnt come until 6pm so the office is closed. Plis, its saturday so now im waiting until monday for packages that should have been delivered saturday. This should not keep happening.

used to love our post office and the people who served there, however lately it is not good. the guy who works the desk is not usually there when I go in. there are sometimes two or three customers waiting in line before he comes out from the back to help. in addition, they dont answer the phone. Ive tried calling numerous times recently and cant get an answer. when Ive been in there I hear the phone ringing constantly but no one answers it.

They scan packages that are not delivered as delivered. I have been missing mail and packages. Lol, most recent package says "delivered, left in mailbox" , surprise surprise nothing was there! Smh. Im guessing the carrier physical forgot to deliver package and took it home for the night and hopeful will deliver next day. Lmao, unbelievable.

The office is fine , everyone is really nice however when it come to getting my mail, Im very irritated. They are always late with my packages and sometimes when I have a package that they need to drop off at the door they dont knock or ring the bell and just leave a note. I dont know what is going on but they need to fix it!

I go in and it took forever for someone to get to me I was standing there for ten mins before someone got to me. then i wanted to drop letters off the one person was busy and someone else was there who could of helped but kept walking passed me until i said excuse me and got their attention.

Who was the person responsible for stopping the mail for three days for the festival? Locals were never notified, and pension checks were delayed as well as mail order medications. Very unprofessional and should be removed from that positions!

Worst service and staffing ever. Mail service is slow and stretched. The carriers are too lazy to bring packages to the door so consistently jam packages into the box that we have to break to get out. A means to an end at best.
