First of all, the female person in charge of a Post Office is not a Post Mistress. The position is not gender specific.She is the POST MASTER That having been said; I deal with the Post Master at Waverly, FL and I have always found her to be a fine person who is very helpful. When I enter, she greats me with a smile. I am happy go do business with her at this location. I drop off packages daily at the Waverly, FL. Post Office.

Came to ship package to MA, referred by Derek Postmaster General to use certain type of envelope to expedite the sending quoted it was the best price, best way and fastest shipping available. Excellent service very friendly, highly recommended that people in the area use this location.

This woman is very RUDE and should not work with the public!!!Go somewhere where you sit in a cubical all by yourself!!!!!!I WILL NEVER USE THAT POST OFFICE AGAIN!!!!

Employees are very helpful and friendly. It is never busy...so...no line usually. However, they do close for lunch, as it is a very, very small branch.
