I echo the sentiments of so many others on the absolutely embarassing and inferior service of this post office. If I were to write ever problem I ever had with them it could fill a book. First off, my local carrier is the laziest worker, she never delivers packages that require signature. She will walk to the front door and leave notice every time, even when its obvious someone is home, attempt to deliver is never made. This inconvenices me to go over to the post office the next day and have to pick it up myself. I caught her lazy @$$ once, and confronted her, and she lied that she knocked on the door. I stood right by it and never heard anything. Secondly, for some reason many of my packages are returned saying inadequate postage. They say its off by 1oz. to 2oz.! Even if the weight class is the same, the price doesnt change, so many of my packages are returned! Ive lost many packages here too over the years Bottom line, I go either to Altamonte or Lake Mary there are much better and never have these problems like Longwood po. It inconveniences me to have to drive an extra 15 minutes to get a better po, but I know they handle things right. I hope they shut down Longwood or get new personnel.

Do not listen to a word these people have to say. The shipping supervisor Robin was rude and provided no customer service whatsoever. Just an FYI, if you package is missing a suite number, regardless of your company A. having a shipping account with USPS and B. Being less than 100 ft away from the post office they will IMMEDIATELY return to sender your item. They do not know their own policies, and will bold face lie to you. **Update** USPS said there was no street name. but when I called and provided tracking they had the full street name.USPS said that they didnt put that information on the custom documentation that is put over the shipping label, yet shipper sent USPS Customs documentation that shows both the street address and suite number. USPS now claims that the document must have been fabricated.

We run a small business.. We have talked to the postmaster before about calling in first when we have more than ten items. He was rude, but we thought that his request was fair. We have no problem with complying with that. However, today when we went in with nine items, he practically pushed me out of way and was extremely rude. He insisted we needed to call it in. I argued that we have less then ten items. We were following the rules he gave us. He was extremely demeaning and seemed like he was trying to push me back with his body. Im not sure what his problem was, but complaints have been filed. We have his name and everything. Not sure why he thought that he can just get away with behaving like that. His name is John.

I have basically lived in longowood my whole life and never had a problem with the mail woman or mail man.....how ever there is a mail man who deliveres to my address sometimes fine no problem.... but when my 6 yr old daughter is standing there waiting for the mail he was rude and told her to leave and that he was not giving her any mail. The fact that he didnt give her the mail isnt the problem ( because there not supposed to) but the fact that he was rude to my 6 yr old really upsets me . And then I call to complain to a manager and the supervisor wanna get all ovens case like really Im telling u that ur mail man is rude and all u have to say to me is hes not supposed to give it to her. Very disappointed

I am served by the Longwood post office. Their mail delivery is the worst. We were told we are on a temp route and we have been for years. We have different people delivering all the time and our mail may come at 10AM, 5PM or not at all. The mail I get can be mine or my neighbors and it is no telling how much of my mail I never receive. Now they just lost another package of mine that I tracked all the way to Longwood post office and "out for delivery". I wonder who received my package this time. Good thing it was only $50 this time and not $4,000 like the last time.

I live in the Woodlands, some of us have the mail kiosk. I lost my key and called yesterday (8/13/14) and the gentleman was very helpful and informative. He went above and beyond "the call of duty" My only regret is I didnt get his name to thank him properly :-( Thank you sooo much. Who ever he is youve got an great employee!

Very slow at simple things. Some get hurt more than others by it you know...well maybe you do not know. It sometimes takes over a week to get something by normal mail from St, Petersburg Florida to Longwood Florida. Yes St. Petersburg Florida not St. Petersburg Russia. Also their number is always busy. How does that happen?

They are the worse Ive ever seen at this Post office. Rude slow no customer service my package arrives in Orlando on the 26 and 2 days later still not delivered this place is horrible I will use UPS FROM NOW ON, AND THINK ABOUT IT FOLKS ITS OUR MONEY WE PAY THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE NOT WORTH 20 BUCKS A HOUR!!!!!!

Am apparel The worst post office if you have online business , expect items to be returned back to you by the post office even if you have the right weight, I believe the staff they dont have much to work thats why they try to show that they are doing stupid things .
