I went into facility on Wed,, March 2, 2016 to request some (11) Medium size white boxes. The lady at the counter went to the back and brought out small boxes initially. I told her again that I needed Medium boxes. When she came back out again she told me she didnt have enough of the 12 x13 x 2.5 to give me more than 3 of them. I then asked if she had enough of the 9 x 12 x 5 for me to get 11. She again went to the back and brought out 6 of those giving me 9 total. She made up the difference by giving me 4 small ones. I asked when they would be getting a shipment in so I could get 2 more of the Medium boxes. She told me she didnt have any idea when more boxes would be coming in and suggested that I order them on-line. I also asked if I could get some shipping labels as there were none in the do it yourself kiosk. She told me I could do all of that on-line also. I did not feel that this counter representative was very helpful.
