Very Unprofessional Store: If looking for a mailbox service I would suggest you keep looking. This store only seems to want your mailbox business if you aren’t going to use the services that come with it. After renting a mailbox for a year I have been informed that they will no longer accept delivery of more than 10 boxes a day for me. Granted the average size box was approx. 24x24x15 but they were only delivered approx. every other month and I picked up my shipment the same day it arrived. Apparently the owner didn’t feel the need to talk to me directly. After all I am only using the store for the services they tout so highly. It appears that UPS does not offer “Business Solutions” like they think they do.

The lady that I had my encounter with was older and she looked like she hated her job no eye contact looked like she was bothered by me dropping my packages off! I had packages to be returned to sender and I didnt know how to go about it so before I could explain where they needed to be sent she rushed it and labeled them and out I was. I thought about it and drove back to double check that they werent going to end up on my front step again and the address were right... got home from work and my three packages are sitting on my front porch... Which sucks because I was trying to return and get my order processed and refund before Christmas came!!

Extremely unprofessional and rude employees. I returned a AT&T box since I was informed that UPS was partners and would help instruct me on just to get my account # and they take care of it. The woman was extremely rude throughout the process and made it much more difficult then it had to be. She also had me pay for a box which was covered by the AT&T slip. I go out of my way to a UPS farther away now.
