Service at this post office is horrible! Attempted to have passports processed at this location, waited in line, was then told I was late for my appointment, waited again for the postal worker to get off the phone; when I needed to make changes on the application, I was told by the supervisor they could not service me today as I had been late, the changes would take too long and the postal worker had to go to lunch: at 10:15AM! Go elsewhere was their message to me and mine to you! Go elsewhere for postal and passport services!

They lose packages frequently, and some staff masters are incredibly rude, especially the postmaster. I have had packages "misplaced" for more than a week on multiple occasions. Unfortunately, if you live in Hudson you are stuck with this place, but beware and keep on top of them because if you do not things will just get displaced.
