If I could give them no stars, I would. They will cheat you, scam you, and rip you off. We were visiting Disney World, and purchased some Christmas ornaments. The night before we were leaving, we decided to ship these ornaments back using their services. These ornaments had been individually packed by Disney. This UPS Store measured all of our items as they were packaged by Disney, and charged us based upon these measurements. Upon receiving the package, the UPS store took it upon themselves to open EACH AND EVERY item, remove it from the packaging, and repackaged it. End result - some of our ornaments were broken in shipping. Given the fact that no glass was discovered in the UPS Store packaging, they were broken WHILE being repackaged by the UPS Store. They even opened boxes of ornaments as they were sold by Disney to try to decrease packaging (ripped Styrofoam, broken seals that were intact when we took it to the UPS Store). Since we had 2 full trash bags of packing peanuts, it wasnt that we needed a bigger box. It was simply them ripping someone off. So, basically they overcharged us for packaging, overcharged us for a box, broke some of our items, and didnt say a word about it. Stay away. My guess is they like to rip tourists off.

I shipped a pair of cleats to the this store while I was in town. Im from Canada so I cant get the same products up there as I can in the states. I order a pair of cleats off eBay, usually I send them to New York right near the boarded but I was coming down to Florida so I shipped them down here. I usally pay 5$ when I pick up my product because the recieve it and store it for a couple of days which makes sense. But with this store they made me pay 27.71$ US to hold it for 2 days. I asked why and they said it was because they needed to file paper work (which was one single paper... That I filled out completely) long story short they made me pay an additional 35$ Candian to hold my product. Im never using this store again.. And I would highly recommend you not using it ethier.

Wide range of services. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Competitive prices. I not only use their mailing services, but I also rent a mailbox. I have the peace of mind knowing someone is always on-hand to sign for my packages and then I get an immediate notification via text or email that it has arrived. I am a professional photographer and often must send very fragil framed prints. They are experts in packing for damage free shipping. And on the rare occasion that a mishap should occur, they will process an insurance claim quickly and with a smile. Its like having a mailroom and copy center staffed by your best friends.

I sent my 96 year old grandmothers television from Kissimmee, FL to Bangor, ME. When it got to Maine it was damaged and she was so sad. I got in touch with UPS and they told me to get in touch with the store where I shipped it from. I dealt with the owner of the store Amber through the whole claims process and in the end I was reimbursed for everything. The TV, the shipping costs and even the packaging that was used to ship the TV. Anyone who reads this needs to know that if you are in the area and need to ship ANYTHING go to this store! If anything goes wrong they will be there for you every step of the way!

I went to drop off a return package to Amazon. I only had a certain amount of time to return the item. I had my laptop on vacation with me but no way to print the label. I went to the UPS Store to print the label. I figured I would be charged to print the label. I asked the clerk about printing the label and she said I could "rent" their computer. She said it was $4 for up to 30 minutes. I told her it would literally be 2 minutes. She said that was their only option. So to print 2 sheets and use their computer for 2 minutes it cost $4.61

Rented a mailbox for while we were in the area for an extended stay. Amber the owner was very helpful getting me setup before we left home. The staff I dealt with were also helpful and friendly. I have absolutely no complaints and will use them again if Im staying in the area. UPDATE: Used this stores mailbox service again this year (2017) and was again very happy with the service I received. Amber again helped me get all setup before leaving home and the staff this year was even friendlier. Thanks again, and see you next time.

I really enjoy the service they provide. I am loving the new management and all the staff is so friendly. They were able to provide me with shipping options including Postal and DHL rates. I was able to have them pack up ship my fragile glass item and they let me know it was guaranteed by them and I would have my money returned in the event there was loss or damage. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I actually enjoy going to mail things now!

Every time I walk into this store I am confident my package will be well taken care of and delivered on time! Its very important in my life to get what we used to be able to expect from businesses. Its great to find a business that still delivers on the promise of good service! Even if its not your closest UPS store, its definitely worth the drive!

The owner of the store (Amber) uses every opportunity to charge you extra fees that they can. They do not ever go out of their way to help you. I would not recommend doing business here. I would go to the champions gate store or the celebration store. If you must use this store, make sure to read your entire contract before you sign it.

I give this place a good rating. They provide an excellent service and always do it with a smile. The assistant manager Kaycie is helpful and took care of our shipping. She was able to help us figure out how to ship our things into two boxes and save us $60 instead of putting it in one box. Great Service!
