After going through hell trying to ship a very heavy and bulky item through UPS and FED-ex freight to Canada and having online quotes be completely wrong, I used ABFs website to get a quote. It was spot on. When I arrived at the ABF on Chevrolet Blvd. in Parma, Ohio I was greeted by a very friendly woman that went above and beyond to help me out. Seeing that I am a single time shipper, my business was still appreciated and I was treated extremely well. The woman gave me a quote and walked me back to dispatch. The man at dispatch was extremely nice and fun to talk to. He gave me directions on where to drop off my item to be shipped. I was greeted by a very nice dock-hand who with the help of a yard driver helped me unload the very heavy object. They went above and beyond what they had to do to help me, they didnt have to help me get it out of the truck, but they took the time and did. Once everything was taken care of in the yard, I went back to dispatch to have my credit card billed. It took a couple of minutes due to me being a walk-in and prepaying, but the humor and nice attitude of the man at dispatch made it pass quickly. I have had a very hard time trying to ship this item through UPS and Fed-Ex due to its size, weight and bulkiness. Getting quotes at $1100 or more to ship a $400 item. ABF did it for under $200. I cant emphasize enough how pleased I am with my experience at ABF. Just being a walk-in, Joe Public, first time customer, I was treated so well by this company. Thank you ABF. I appreciate it. Please keep up the excellent job that you are doing.

I recently moved from Ohio to Nevada. U-Pack provided great service for my move. They kept in constant communication throughout the process and the items arrived in excellent condition earlier than expected. I opted to load my 2 cubes at the distribution center in Parma, Ohio and then once delivered to Las Vegas, Nevada, the U-Pack team arranged for drop off at my home. In Las Vegas, U-Pack driver Harvey was very kind and professional. On the day of delivery he arranged to drop and pick up the cubes as soon as they were unloaded by my hired movers. Due to HOA restrictions this was a welcome relief as I didnt have to worry about being in violation by having the cubes in the small cul-de-sac that I live in. Harvey delivered my 2 cubes to my home and made sure they fit in the area of my driveway so as not to block the street or neighbours cars. Harvey was prompt, courteous and personable! I am so glad that I decided to go with U-Pack for this move. They made this a smooth and stress-free relocation from Ohio to Las Vegas, Nevada!

I sent 3 cubes from Ohio to Arizona. The drop off was on time, the delivery was on schedule, the quote was reasonable with no added charges later, and all shipped items and boxes came through undamaged. I considered a u-haul, but this was so much better and easier to load and leave the driving to the professionals. Great service!
