What can I say..The lady Stephanie was so rude and was not helpful what so ever. She was very impatient and rude. We asked what other location would be closest for our drop off and she said I dont know...I asked her to zoom in on the screen to show better loactions and she huffed at me and looked at me like I was stupid. In my opinion I think she eas Im drugs. I will never ever go back to rent a Uhaul from this place ever again.

I was calling looking around for a car dollie for my dad who was on the interstate. This location didnt have one, but Ethan offered to make a reservation and see if he could track one down. He was very patient with me as I had to look up information. Over all, it was a great experience.
