This place was amazing. Having to move an apartments worth of furniture from gainesville to st. Petersburg on a weekend with no notice we searched for a moving truck. The employee at the uhaul right around th corner in gainesville literally smiled when she heard we had no appointment. Then she gave us a quote that had give the only reply I could think of...I could FEDex the furniture for less. In haste we hunted around for other options until we found this saviour. Even though it was nearly 35 miles away, it was worth it. The woman at the counter helped me calcuate the exact milage for my move and added it to the initial bill, which was less than a third of the price gougers in gainesville. I had 5 miles left when I returned the truck in st. Pete. Perfect. This location was hepful, polite, funny, inexpensive, understanding and patient. I wish every buisiness was run like this. Hats off to this local, and if youre moving to the gainesville area, DONT RENT A TRUCK IN GAINESVILLE. Come here, be rewaded for your going out of the way. This is the experience someone like me needed to make a customer for life, whereas after the sticker shock and apathy from the gainesville location nearly had me paying MORE for a yellow truck, simply out of spite.

Never doing business with them again! First they told me their trucks do have a lift gate, so I went and rent one not even checking or researching that info! Then I realize that the worker made a mistake by telling me that, none of their trucks have a lift gate! Than, truck didnt even work properly!!! Went there to return the truck, couldnt even talk to the worker because he was the only one working and there was 10 people waiting to rent their truck they made a reservation for, but never got that truck. Be aware: rent a truck a week early. After that I have been charged for the gas that I DID TANK, but their measurement system showed them I was short for almost 2 gal. which is a total lie! I tank the gas, over the limit they set up when returning the truck. I wonder how many people gets screwed like this! Extremely disappointed. Never renting U haul again!

Great customer service but awful location! Navigating your car in the small parking lot is too much of a chore. Returning the vehicle youve rented is a hassle solely because this location is on the corner of two very busy streets and the parking lot is way too small.

Fast service. Friendly and helpful staff. They installed a hitch on my camry. I recommend buying one online and bringing it in. The hardware they sell is a little bulky and more expensive than what youd find online. But theyll install for cheap.

Great place! All they need to do differently is keep a qualified propane staff person onsite during business hours. If you dont call ahead you may show up needing propane and be turned away due to lack of proper staffing.

i was told to be there at 1200 they pulled me in to put a hitch on 1 1/2 hours later an hour later they said there hitch for my van was bent bad service
