"Yes, yes. The response is correct. It did take me all this time to finally prepare the insurance documents and truth is this is no longer about that. It is about making sure people looking for a "proper" moving company look elsewhere. From the beginning this was doomed. I paid for a pack and move and what I got was a late, pack intercommunicating rude broken item move. Day 1, movers got to the house unaware they were going to pack my belongings. Their response, "they should have sent packers 1st" which I found out was wrong information. Then they only brought a mid-size truck and needed to send a 2nd group the next day because this 1st group was done by 7pm. I spent all day calling asking for them to please send out another truck and more help only to be met with an attitude and rude comments aimed at my wife from Ginger...I left messages for owner Linda Dubberly and never, not once did I get a call back. A lot of back and forth with their office manager and nothing. 2nd shift got there the 2nd day and had no idea how much they needed to do. I need to be out of the house by 1pm, didnt leave till 7pm. I was given a delivery date and that was wrong/late Hence the $300 taken off the total bill. Now for the good stuff... They finally arrive and not only did they show up at 8pm to "unload a load" but had many damaged items. I had boxes that smelled like Urine (Yes URINE). Soaked water boxes. 1- 46 inch LCD TV slashed like with a razor. My daughters twin bed broken in like 7 areas. Soaked mattresses. Wifes missing China set (still missing) Younger daughters dresser had missing legs. My oldest daughters TV dresser looked like it took a hammer. Book stands were off balanced; nothing was the way it was packed. And the topper? This was only the 1st load. So not only did they pack my belongings in 2 loads but didnt bother to tag it all together. 5 days later, load 2 arrives and same situation. Damaged boxes, furniture bike, grill etc etc. they even tried to give me a box and items that were clearly marked for another load/family. People when I say look elsewhere for moving services, I mean LOOK ELSEWHERE."

Initially, my experience was good. It quickly went on a steady decline downward, however. First, the movers told us that they would be arriving during a certain time frame (10/11AM), then it was (3/4PM), but they didnt actually arrive until late nighttime (8/9PM). We reserved the entire day for not, essentially. They moved out everything in 2 hours (a very small, one bedroom apartment). Then we didnt actually receive our belongings at our new location for 3-4 weeks! We moved halfway across the US with two pets, so that was fun. Worst of all, we didnt even receive EVERYTHING! Our brand new totes were bashed and one was missing a lid with multiple belongings missing and items all disarranged. Our wooden side table was in perfection condition when they picked it up. When we got it, it had a big hole in the top of the table as well as it was unstable. 2 of our dinning room chairs seats were not attached to the chairs any longer and our brand new couch isnt the same as when we bought it. On top of all that, they lost a luggage bag containing ALL of my nursing education textbooks. The movers almost delivered a bookcase, that was not ours, if we werent honest people in telling them that. So where is my missing luggage? How did it leave my previous apartment, but not arrive with our other things to the new apartment? I called and complained of this and nothing was done. I was GUARANTEED their return, but have not seen or heard anything about them. Ray Wood told me that "no one would want those books." Really? I dont think he knows how much nursing books cost. The cost of the move ($1,000) is probably comparable to the cost of those missing books. I was then forwarded to a claims company in Austria with a phone and email address that were NOT even in service. Extremely unprofessional and would highly NOT recommend. Luckily we took our valuable electronics with us in our own vehicle or wed probably be missing those, as well.

RUN RUN RUN ...the 2 guys that come to my home where very nice, they showed up on time 9am..had me loaded and over to the drop off location 8 miles away one hour later GREAT RIGHT !!! NO....the man comes in and says he has to get payment before unloading..ok..I was quoted $99 and hour with a 11% fuel and tax ok great..than he explains that he was not going to CHARGE me for using their packing blanket and tape...I said I was never told there was a charge for that..now 15 min has gone by which made it 10:15 am... he had me down for 11:30 Leaving..I said no way and they should be done by 11 and that I was. not paying for a extra half hour...he said that the blankets and tape would have cost 2x as much and he was doing me a favor..I ask to talk to the Office...( ****NOTE**** every time I called this place I was told I was speaking to the OFFICE and the next time I called I was told by that person OH NO U WHERE TALKING TO THE CUSTOMER CALL CENTER>>can u say BULLSH**) so the guy was put on hold when he called for me to talk to the "OFFICE" it is now 10:25...I told him to go finish unloading and I would hold on for the "OFFICE" 10:30 the "OFFICE" came back on the line...it was the call center REALLY..he said I would be refunded the 1/2 hour (NO SUCH LUCK) since they already put thur the CHARGE @ over $430.00 for 2 hours thats 200 and hour not 99...a 1st grader could do that MATH...SHAME ON THIS COMPANY...DO NOT USE THEM...I had to make this account on google just so I could post this...I hope a whole troops of FIRE ANTS crawls up the owner of this company pants legs and bite him right in the BUTT...cause I know for sure that is how I feel BURNED!!!!!!!!!!!!! if u dont know what a fire ant is look it up...

This company is everything, but a moving company! They must higher their movers from eviction companies or even waste management!!! RUN RUN RUN as far as you can away from ALL MY SONS Moving and storage. Too bad I cant add the pictures to my review, you would cry for me if you could see how ALL MY SONS trashed my furniture among it a Robb & Stucky cabinet and East Indies Cabinet trashed, a toaster destroyed beyond use, a designed lamp totally destroyed, mattresses dragged over floors and banded beyond use, art work damaged. I had to pick up furniture pieces from the front lawn next morning. I paid $ 300 additional insurance to an insurance company recommended by ALL MY SONS. After the insurance company received some moving information which are not disclosed to me, the insurance company offered me $ 110 for repairs, that just covers one small repair, I am left to pick up ALL MY SONS trash. Run Run Run!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are always late for hours, a move that was estimated less than 4 hours takes 10 hours. They threaten you upon arrival with a different price and the additional insurance you take out upon their recommendation they tell you that they dont accept the insurance - same insurance that offered me $ 110 settlement. when you call they go to lunch and let you hang in the waiting line. I wish I would have read all these negative reviews they are all so true.
