I received an invitation for oil change. Their oil change also includes a bumper to bumper inspection lasting for about 1.5 hrs. The owners are experts themselves. They looked in it and found the relevant problems. They told me in details. Earlier I had been to CarMax which customer service were not experts so asked $168 for diagnostics, and still did not sound like they will find the problems and make good use of the time and money. Another service center I had been for oil change only filled the oil to the minimum level. So Later when I checked I was scared and had to add 1qt of my oil. E and R filled the oil to full, and also topped up other fluids as well in the same low cost and their best wipers are only $4 installed. I am recommending this place to all my friends now.

Very clean, professional building. Ive never felt "guilty" at a repair shop before today. I received a gift certificate for free oil change, tire rotation and 51pt inspection. Mind you, I have never been there before and yet they sent it to me. Once there, they were very nice and had complimentary drinks and snacks. I almost felt like I should leave money somewhere. I was so impressed with the facility and the work done that I am bringing my other vehicle next week for a repair. Oh and when I got in my truck there was a bag of kettle corn and an air freshener. Amazing customer service. Also, Christian music playing on the radio!!! Very thankful that they found me!

I came away from E & R Tires today, thanking God again for people I can trust who will take good care of my car. They do a 50 point courtesy inspection. Then they explain any needs they found. I never need to be afraid that they are looking for something to work on just to get my money! They gave me a courtesy car so I could go about my business while they serviced my car. When I got into my car to leave, there was a bag of caramel popcorn in my drink holder! (Yes, that, besides the free coffee and Snicker Bar I had in the waiting room!) Thank you, E & R Tires! I am so glad you are there.

I recently moved to Plain City and passed E & R everyday on the way to work. I didnt know what I was missing until a fellow teacher, told me that I should take my car there to get an oil change and this is the best advice that I could have received. E & R has the nicest staff and best prices. They care about their customers. They are very easy to get to and have referred my friend from Upper Arlington to come out and get some great service outside of the big city.

The staff is very friendly and super helpful. They attend to any need you may have and ask for. Probably the best place ive ever taken my car to have service and repair. Very reasonably priced with on going coupons and discounts.

Organized and polite. E & R loaned me a car while mine was being repaired. This was done in a timely manner. All repairs were explained and questions answered. Total bill was exactly as quoted. Staff is very polite and friendly.
