I had a positive customer experience with Ford Road Auto Clinic. The muffler was cracked and tail pipe had broken off on my Mazda Tribute. I called several auto repair shops for estimates and spoke with David (Manager) from Ford Road Auto Clinic. I brought my vehicle in the morning, received a call for estimate and the repairs were completed by the afternoon. David showed me the parts that were replaced. From my perspective, Ford Road Auto Clinic provided me a reasonable price and courteous customer service. The repair cost seemed fair as compared to the estimates received from other nearby auto repair shops. I would go back to Ford Road Auto Clinic.

I paid for a pre-inspection before buying a vehicle. The staff at Ford RD are phenomenal! Friendly, fast service, affordable prices. They truely care about their customers. Will recommend and will go there again if I ever needed anything. The mechanic who I spoke with (?Dave?) even offered to talk to guy down from $1250 to $1000, due to a couple small issues with the car, and the guy took it! So he basically paid for the inspection with that, and gave me an extra $200! Excellent service, they really do go above and beyond.

David and his team are AWESOME! My boyfriend and his family have used the Ford Rd Auto Clinic for years so when I brought my car in they gave me a great welcome. I really appreciated the way/time David took to explain the problems with the car to me. Most of my experiences at repair shops have been guys trying to talk down to me or just skip over stuff, assuming I know nothing of cars.Not here, these guys are true gentlemen and have a great deal of knowledge about their business.

I highly recommend Ford Road Auto Clinic. For many years, I searched for an auto mechanic that would not only do good work, but that I could trust. David runs his shop with the highest levels of integrity and honesty and always strives to do the right thing. Ive been going to Dave at Ford Road Auto Clinic for service as long as Ive been in the Detroit Metro area. Hes always been amazingly helpful and honest! I recommend Ford Road Auto Clinic to anyone who is looking for a good honest mechanic to keep their vehicle in tip-top condition... or in my case to keep an old beater running. Either way you wont be disappointed!

David is a very honest man. I took my car in for service for a air bag check light. They fixed the problem and I paid for their service. The next day I received a call from David and he stated that I had over paid him by $100 for the repair service. I was very greatful for his honesty and I will continue to take my vehicles to him for service.

I am been very pleased with the work of David and his staff and how honest he is with his prices. He is someone i trust and feel so comfortable with that I send my children there when they have car problems.Been with him for 3 years and will continue seeing him for life ! Awesome service! Called after hours because I needed a new battery. David answered the phone and said to bring the car over, him and his guys replaced the battery in about 15 minutes and I was on my way. Super friendly. Hands down best auto repair shop that Ive been to!

I usually do my own car work, but I but I got stuck with some badly seized front control arm bolts on my 06 Mustang. They freed up the bolts and installed my new control arms very quickly for a good price. I will be back.
