Response to Syed Zameer: It is unfortunate that this customer has written such a scathing review of his experience at our AutoLab. The simple answer is that the customer wanted to dictate to us the price we should charge for the brake service work that he needed. This customer wanted to use multiple coupons for service discounts and apply all of them toward the cost of a single service on his vehicle. This is referred to as “stacking coupons”. The customer wished to apply a $25 off coupon for any service on top of a second coupon for a “brake special”. The brake special was a better deal than the $25 off coupon. We do not accept the stacking of coupons one on top of the other, which was clearly stated. We informed the customer of that. The customer became argumentative. We gave the customer his vehicle back after inspection. We were authorized to charge for the inspection but elected not to do so considering the customer’s argumentative attitude. At the end of the day, after arguing loudly in our service write up area for 30 minutes or so, the customer took his car to be serviced elsewhere. This person should probably be considered a potential customer, since he did not actually have any work done to his vehicle. He was simply dissatisfied with the price quoted and angry that our shop would not allow him to apply multiple coupons towards a single service job. He did not have our shop do any work on his car. We spent time and technician service hours in order to inform the customer of what his mechanical problems were and what he needed to have done. He was charged nothing. Please ignore this negative review. It is not indicative of the services our shop provides. A simple review of the many positive reviews for the North Canton AutoLab would support that statement. Several customers waiting for their cars to be serviced in our waiting room commented after this gentleman left, that they had never seen such a rude customer, or a more reasoned and polite response by our service manager and front desk personnel.

The worst car service place I have ever been! Most car service place in the minimum would like/at list understand the issue first before recommending a fix that is going to solve the source of the problem. What made me give 1 star is that, they were very quick to say it’s going to cost you this much to replace this but their explanation for “why” was bunch of crap that did not make any sense at all. They were just so delighted to tell you need to fix this and it’s going to cost you this much for none-compelling reason. In the minimum giving a great explanation/demonstration why I need to replace the part would of be helpful. I have no idea what google review had 4.5 star, I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE! ********************************* Update with more specific information: 11-25-2015 Still ONE STAR if there is lower than one STAR I will be happy to give that too. This place (Yes the one that is on Canton Center Road passed Ford Rd). They told me I need an alignment, brake replacement, inner and outer tie-rod. It will cost me more than $2000. I went to Bell Tire and described the same exact issue as I told this place, Bell Tire told me that all I need is tire alignment and that fix the issue I described it. And yes... Bell tire drove the car and prove the issue i describe to them. They heard what I say they prove what I say about the issue....then they address the it. That is more like a perfect Car service that deserve 4 or more STAR(s). I still....I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE!

My work requirement Im sure was not an average request. I am the second owner of a 1970 Chevelle SS 396 cid with 83,000 original miles. I wanted to do a significant engine upgrade while not altering the original structure so it could be put back to stock in the future if desired. I prepared a comprehensive quote package and distributed it to multiple shops including performance garages. Warren at the Canton Center Auto Lab convinced me that his shop and his team would do the best job bar none. I entrusted them with my "baby" and had the Chevrolet Performance ZZ502deluxe cid engine shipped to their shop along with a host of other parts to complete the installation. As some of you may be aware, this type of job requires a lot of finesse and on the spot fabrication to make sure everything fits and works perfectly. I truly felt the technician (Wayne) who performed the majority of the work did the job like he was working on his own car. Im a picky s.o.b. and have to have my stuff done perfectly. The job these people did on my "prized possession" is nothing short of stellar and damn is this thing a beast now. Warrens Auto Labs handle all of my familys vehicles auto service needs. After seeing what his team (from the front office guys to the shop techs) have done on this high performance alteration job, I would encourage everyone out there to entrust Auto Lab Canton Center with any of your vehicle service needs regardless of how big, small or complicated your requirements may be.

Amazing staff and service!!! My husband and I started going to canton auto lab after firestone failed to fixed the problem on my husbands jeep. The guys at Auto lab were amazing! Recently my husband was on vacation in south Carolina and had to stop at a Jiffy Lube when the check engine light came on in our van. They claimed it was the spark plugs and replaced it. A few month later the check engine light came on again, and again it was the spark plugs. This time we took it into Auto Lab they manage to fix the problem (because the spark plugs were installed incorrectly) and fix all the damage that was caused. After I explained how we just got that problem fixed months prior the manager wrote a letter to the Jiffy Lube in South Carolina. He explained what work his guys did, and what was wrong with the work they did. With his help we were able to be refunded the money that we spent originally! They went above and beyond for us! Auto Lab is the only place we trust taking our cars to!!!

I have taken my 2006 Jetta TDI for many oil changes and a few mechanical issues over the last year. Each time I have been treated wonderfully by Nick and Tory, as well as the mechanics. I have never been made to feel less then for not having the most up to date mechanical knowledge. Everyone has always taken the time to explain/educate me on how my car works, why I might need a new timing belt at 100k or make a recommendation to keep my car in great running condition. This type of attention has created a relationship of respect and trust. Recently I had a transmission issue and Nick fought hard with the warrantee company to get them to cover it. After an initial denial, Nick took the time to called the warrantee company back and made my case and got them to cover the repair. I would recommend Auto Lab on Canton Center Rd to anyone!

Wish I could give Auto Lab a higher rating. I had a great experience dealing with Nick at the Auto Lab on the Canton Center Rd. He was very thorough and honest about everything that was wrong with my car after it had stalled out earlier in the day. This was my first time going to their place and it wont be the last time. They are very reasonable and honest with their pricing and they have a great staff. My car was dropped off there in the morning and by the evening Torrey had given me a call to say that the car was done. He was also very polite and helpful throughout the evening. The time we sat there in the morning a lot of the customers they knew on a first named basis shows you how much pride they take in taking care of their customers. Keep up the good work guys wish all of the shops could be like yours. Thanks
