Painless Auto offers Great customer service. From the first moment I dropped off my Ford Escape I knew it was in great hands. Matt and John informed me of the costs and the problems with my car. The service was so good it was back in my hands inside of half a week! Anybody looking for excellent quality and speedy service should definitely consider Painless Auto!

Matt was so extremely helpful today. He took my vehicle in right away and let me know what needed repairing and what could wait a bit for repair. He completed my car in a very timely manner and explained everything to me in terms a car novice could understand. Im thankful for his kindness and service and making this a truly "painless" experience.

The wrong part came in, but Matt made sure to make it right because we had to come in a second time once he had the right part. Very impressed and will go there again.
