It took me an hour in and out of store, waited for 45 minutes in line and when I approached the counter, the lady said we have severe staff shortage and if you know someone please refer!! I purchased 4 tires online and wanted to be installed by Walmart but she said it will take at least 3 hours to install 4 tires! Are you kidding me?! I could not wait that long and decided to pick up my tires and take my biz somewhere else, but they did not even bring the tires from warehouse so I had to go and pick up my tires from warehouse myself. This was one of the worst experiences in Walmart stores. I gave 2 stars only because the staff were helpful. So disappointed to choose Walmart for tires.

I will not go back here again. I came in to put my snow tires on and I told the staff specifically not to throw away the tires that were already on my car (only 4 month old tires). When I picked up my car the tires were not put in my trunk, they were thrown in the trash pile. I made them go through the pile and find my tires. Flash forward through winter, I went to put these tires from the trash pile back on my car, and there was a huge slash in one of them. I wish I would of noticed this sooner and not put my trust in the Wal-Mart staff.

We waited 40 minutes in line behind 2 people just to tell them what was going on. they said it would take 2 hours to repair the flat tire. 2 hours went by and they said the tire was irrepairable and they dont know what caused it to go flat. the guy said wed need a new tire, he was very knowledgeable about tires but horrible service as far as wait times for anything. We then waited 40 minutes for the new tire to be put on. we will not be going back.

Stay away!!! Save your time and frustration. Its not worse to get tires in wal-mart even if it was for free. I came to the store 3 hours before center close time. After one hour I was told that they will not install me tires same day because they are very busy. Then after another hour I found out that order not even in the store, despite email indicated that order shall be in the store 5 day before my actual visit. Complete mess-up !!!

I was about to go here but the negative reviews sealed the deal for me. I ended up going to belle tire which was a pleasant experience. Wal-mart should seriously think about cleaning up their act because I guarantee you have lossed numerous sales....including this one.

Might as well pay the extra money and go to belle... I came in an hour and half before close for 4 tires (only customer in the garage). All workers were sitting at the desk talking and said they wouldnt have enough time to get it done...
