They can put air in a tire and change your oil. But the customer service I witnessed and received was very poor. I called ahead of time to check pricing on getting a new tire. They couldnt figure out what tire I had over the phone. They said they had absolutely no spares to sell or even a single rim to hold a spare tire in store. They couldnt put the tps on for my vehicle. While waiting to be serviced the representative mixed up the keys and told a mechanic "I dont know what these (keys) go to. Figure it out." the mechanic asked for the paperwork and she responded "I did the paperwork for it, I dont even know where that is." I was so appalled by the quality and customer care that I left immediately.

Worst experience ever. They dont care about customers time. I was informed over phone about 1 hour wait time for an oil change. When I reached there immediately & they re-iterated same 1 hour which was fine. Guess what, When I inquired about the status after 90 minutes, I was informed that all the staff went for 1 hour lunch (@ 3 pm ) which was not informed while dropping off the vehicle. Finally after waiting for almost three and half hours on a weekend they handover my car. End Result : I asked them for Mobil 1 but they used Castrol.

I tried to get a tire that had a nail in it, fixed it was an hour and a half before they closed. Plus, no other cars were there. I waited 15 minutes to get service, and then they tried talking me out of getting my tire fixed. Thats when I looked at my clock and said you still have an hour and 15 minutes before you close then he said well then, I got until then, and takes my key and made me wait 35 minutes to tell me that they didnt have any other men that could do tires, at a tire store!!

I went in with a flat tire. I expected to be pressured into buying at least one new tire. Instead they suggested patching it. While I was there I got an oil change and spent less than $30 for everything. They could have gotten at least $100 out of me without too much effort. I really appreciate not having to deal with pushy salesmen and will go out of my way to return when I need new tires.

I have gone to them for three new tires now, every time the service is perfect, the timing is quick, and the product is perfect. I have been very pleased with their services. I have never written a review before, but this place deserves the effort.

Went there for an oil change and less than 3000 later my oil light went on and I had no oil in it at all. My car never goes through oil like that and theres no reason as to why it would because theres no oil leak or anything.

I had my wheels balanced and only after 20 minutes of driving, two balance weights fell off of one tire. When I got home, I was removing a tire and one of the studs sheared because it was cross-threaded.

They get the cars done in a reasonable time, but take forever to get everybody reconnected with their vehicle. Had to have a customer ask for additional assistance. Wont be doing going back again.

Left the cap off after changing my oil. Drove home to find oil ALLLL over everything. Wont do a cleaning for me.
