When my wife took my car in for an oil change, they also offered to rotate the tires. Great, right? Well, they didnt update the tire pressure sensors, so my front tires read as my back tires and v.v. In the winter months my tires tend to leak a little, so when I went to fill my "low" front tires, I actually overfilled the front tires and the back remained low. Luckily I caught it, but I couldnt get through the process of re-orienting the tire pressure sensors before nearly running out of battery and needing a jump. (Those attempts at correcting the issue myself were at a gas station in freezing temperatures, of course.) When we called them up to see why they didnt do it, they said its not something they do. The suggested we do it ourselves (thanks) or taking it to a tire place where they have equipment that does it "easier." Thanks for that. For now, Im stuck checking my pressure manually every day until we can get in to see someone who knows what they are doing and have a sense of customer service.

Recently my son had some major repairs to be done on his car. As usual, Jeff pointed out what had to be done now and what could wait a little while. I really appreciated his honesty. I think it has been at 20 years my family has trusted Jeffs advice. The first time I brought a van in 20 years ago, I was prepared to pay for a whole new exhaust system. Jeff showed me it was just a clip supporting the tailpipe that had come loose. It was secured and there was no charge. That did it; we only take our vehicles to Jeff and Speedy. He helped me keep my old Sebring convertible going for 10 years , at least. We trust Jeff and rely on the great service at Speedy. Char Briggs

At the first snowfall last year, my car broke down. Took it to Speedy and found I had to have a part replaced. They took me back, explained and showed everything to me, and gave me a great price, which I verified with my cousin who is a manager at a Sears Auto Center before making the purchase. I felt they were honest and very straightforward, which was especially important to me as a female making the purchase on my own. One year later and my car continues to run great. I no longer live in the area, but tell all of my family and friends about Speedy in Canton. Thank you!

If it wasnt for the fact that this repair store was next to where my car broke down (and me not waiting for the magical tow truck) I would have tried elsewhere. Have you ever got that feeling that the mechanic was taking you for a ride? Well, I couldnt help but feel this with the gentleman here... I wish I had the availability to go elsewhere... Ive also reminded myself that when I turn in my car for service like this... NEVER to stay at the same mechanic and tow it elsewhere. Man, why didnt I put the time in for this one. Hope this helps.

Ive been having my vehicles serviced there for 12+ years. Jeff and staff have always been honest, fair, and reasonable. More than just service, Jeff and Andre provide advice and counsel. Recently, I was advised to replace rather than make extensive repairs to a vehicle that was in the throes of death. I very much value their integrity and advice about what needs to be done vs. what repairs may safely wait. Thanks to Jeff, Andre, and the others at Speedy Canton. Keep up the great work!

Absolutely nothing. My husband took his Ford F-150 he was charged $400 15 minutes later the check engine light came on when he questioned it he was told he need to pay $400 more to dismantle the super charger off but no guarantees. Sounds like a rip off to me! Its not a good feeling when you pay for a service and your car is not repaired. We will never go there again as we just relocated to Canton from NJ and wanted to have a trusted mechanic. Robert Correnti

Couldnt have been more pleased with my experience here this week. The staff were super accommodating & the service was fast and efficient. Jeff went above and beyond to meet my needs and take care of my vehicle. I had made an appointment in advanced for an oil change and had to change the time, he was very understanding and friendly. This is one repair shop that can be trusted. I have been coming here for years. Several years ago I went to start my vehicle and it made a loud sound from under the hood and then started running very rough. I took it over to Speedy Auto and Jeff the manager looked at it. It turned out that a vacuum hose popped off. The shop could have really taken advantage of me then. Jeff put the hose back on and charged me nothing. This just doesnt happen often nowadays.

Raining hard yesterday & my windshield wipers took a dump while on I-275 South. My GPS was useless. I got off on Ford Rd to do something with my phone & incidentally pulled up to a Speedy Auto. A mechanic yelled, come closer & I did. I need my wiper blades replace. In 10 minutes the mechanic did a dynomite job. Apparently, the arm of one wipe had moved out of position and the drivers side just broke... Good job Speedy

Manager is always polite and knowledgable. Offers helpful diagnosis for a reasonable fee. Most estimates are unreasonably high though. For example I was quoted $800 dollars to install $250 part that my mechanic said he could install in one hour. You mean to tell me this place gets $500 + pr hour? Thats more than a top rated attorney would charge to defend a client in a capitol murder case.
