if I could give less than one star I would. I went to Midas in order to get my tires check. Found out later that scammed me and took my dipstick which they shouldnt have been near if I asked them to check my tires. While I was there they asked if I wanted to sign up for a line of credit to which I said yes because everything turned out to be more expensive than they initially quoted. Everything was fine til my check engine light came on, and I started receiving letters from other retailers that I had applied for card their credit cards that I had not applied for credit cards at. Not only did they steal and petal my information. I received the info to pay on the balance and I called and I got endless scammers-asking me to input my info for gift cards as long as I pay a few dollars.The website does not allow me to put in the info on my bill , they gave me a number and it routes me into more scammers. I will never do business with Midas and plan to report them and synchrony to the BBB. All I want to do is pay my bill. Thats all.

These guys saved my bacon this weekend. The wife and I decided to take a last-minute trip to Ikea (about 75 minutes from home) and an idler pulley on our Jeep self-destructed right as we pulled into the Ikea lot. We walked into this Midas shop 5 minutes before they closed, fully expecting that wed have to Uber to the airport for a car rental given it was 5 oclock on a Saturday. Instead, the GM called around, found a parts shop that had the pulley and could deliver it, then stayed 30 minutes PAST closing to install the part for us, and didnt charge us a dime extra. What promised to be an expensive weekend-wrecking disaster turned into an unexpectedly pleasant 30 minute stop. Highly recommend.

Extremely disgusted and unsatisfied with the customer service. All employees need training in that area. Granted, social skills are usually learned by involvement. However, it seems at least one employee missed that stage in life. If youd like to argue and be disappointed, feel free to waste your time at this location. To the credit of Ken, we talked further and hes cool. Just not cool enough for me to come back. Midas can "suck it" altogether. Ill stick with locally owned and/or family operated shops. Feel free not to reply to this review, I dont want your apology or to discuss this further.

I took my 2009 Lancer here to get a brake service done( front and rear brakes, front and rear rotors, and brake flush) the mechanic did know what he was doing but didnt speak good english the customer service was friendly..The service was good but I really think that the price was outrageous at $670... I really not sure if that is a accurate price but since I was there I just got it done maybe I should have shopped around some more but deep down I think they took advantage of my situation. All I have to say is do your homework before you get any work done so it wont come as a surprise.

After a series of last minute personal issues, I unfortumately missed 2 appointments. When I asked over the phone to reschedule one more time, the guy told me sure, then right before hanging up the phone said "sike, Im deleting this." under his breath. If my business is an inconvenience, then I definately wont be back.

Midas in Canton took me in before all the other shops in the area when I had an emergency with my transmission for my car. The guys there were helpful and told me exactly what needed to be done. Since I had a really important business trip at the time, Midas in Cantons deligence really made a huge difference!

Its obvious that these reviews are written by the owner. Recently I discovered what the real meaning of the "Midas Touch" is. They took advantage of me by overcharging and doing poor quality work. I should have researched their reviews before visiting this repair shop.

Great place to get car maintenance done. They dont unjustly try to upsell, and will give you legitimate analysis of issues. Theyve told me when work when was unneeded! A lot of places will just try to take your money! Fairly quick too! Walk-ins and appointments.

Ken the manager was so VERY friendly, nice, kind and professional. I was getting a lot of work done on my truck and he was willing to work with me. Im glad I chose this Midas and I will come back again if needed. Ask for Ken, hes such a great manager and person.

I went in assuming I was going to have to replace a bunch of parts, but they were actually able to fix my exhaust leak saving me hundreds, which helps a lot when youre already on a tight budget with college. They were great at looking out for the customer.
