First the snacks and drinks are out of date and they just said sorry. I had my engine replaced and they took almost two weeks longer than they said and kept changing pick up date. This was a huge problem for other people who have to work. I came back two times after that for new pieces and it never got fixed either of the times! They do what they want even if you tell then otherwise. My main problem the first time I went in to get it fixed was the reason I had to scrap it two trips to then later. They never fixed it and charged me more than what it was worth all three times. I will never go back and if you go to them, beware! But what do you expect from Warren?? They ruined my car and charged to do it! Everyone there had an aditude and wasnt nice to talk to at all. Your screwed if you go to them.. Dont do it!! Took tools from car. I figured theyd have their own.
