Long story short, they were paid by my insurance company to repair my car and didnt. I took it to a dealer and they said they didnt even touch the obvious problem. UPDATE! Preferred told me last year that they replaced the sensor for the air conditioning system. When I called multiple times over the last year when it decided not to work randomly, they told me it was the sensor again. Since I have taken it to a Nissan dealership, turns out that the sensor that they replaced was aftermarket and was not compatible with my vehicle. Not to mention they never saw the fuse box that was damaged in the accident I had prior to them receiving my vehicle. In other words, they really didnt pay much attention at all except for the check that came from my insurance company. Which, by the way, they will be asking for back.

I got stuck in Ohio, and AAA towed me to this little shop for repairs. I am usually skeptical of small repair places, but I have to admit that they did a wonderful job. I was kept informed of the problems and prices (plus labor) at all times. All in all, in the unfortunate event that your car does wheeze its last breath in this area, I would recommend Preferred Automotive Service Center.

Limped off I-90 with dangling shield under engine. They dropped what they were doing, removed the shield in minutes, and had me back on the road ASAP. Very clean and courteous staff.
