I have had two vehicles repaired with IBS. The first was the result of a deer collision. Work was OK but customer service not good. My wife went to pick up vehicle and the guy just tossed her the keys and walked away. My second vehicle had rear bumper damage. So while it was in for that, I paid extra to have the front bumper painted as well. When I picked it up it look ok from the outside. However, they forgot to plug the trailer light plug back in on the rear bumper - that took me a day of my time to figure out, thought it was my trailer that was bad-, and they made a mess of the front wheel wells in that they were not attached properly and were just dangling in the wells. Closer inspection showed that it looked as though when they removed the front bumper they just pulled it away from the hardware that connected it to the wheel wells. Evidenced by all the screw holes being torn out. When I took it back to have them look at it, no apologies, just a matter of fact that looks like it needs this or that. They ordered the parts and told me they would call me the next day to get the vehicle in. Well its now been a month and I had to call them.

Having been in the collision repair business for almost 20 years, I have seen all levels of work from all types of shops nationwide. Lucky for us that we have one of the true elite repair facilities right here in our home town of Columbus. Rocco and his staff are the best at what they do. Period. They fix it right the first time. I personally have taken 3 of my cars to him for everything from simple repainting to collision repair to a complete restoration of an older car In all cases, vehicles repaired at IBS have never had a single problem. If you are unsure of how to handle a claim involving your car, Rocco and his crew will handle everything for you. Bottom line, they work for you, not your insurer. Matt

I had two BMW Z3s repaired there. One was for a scratch on the passenger side door to rear quarter and they blended the paint perfectly and the other was for the front bumper being repainted due to curb rash. The work was superb. These guys specialize in Ferrari restoration so that has to tell you something. I also had my Nissan Altima rear bumper repainted. They did a great job on it as well. I saw some negative reviews on here and cant understand why. I would trust these guys to fix anything. Rocco the Manager will do whatever it takes to make sure your car is right. Thumbs up to IBS.

Went in for an estimate on replacing license plates, as the screws were completed rusted stuck and stripped. Another body shop quoted me at $100-200 after inspecting the car and plates. Both the man (name starts with an R?) I met at the front desk and the technician (didnt catch his name) were helpful and polite. Even though I went in for an estimate, 10 minutes later my car rolled out with updated plates and hardware. Best part: no charge. Thank you for the great service and attitude!

Tailgate was damaged and would not operate. Estimate to repair was questionable up to $960 maybe. Picked up the auto and the bill was only $178 and tail gate opened for about three weeks and would not operate again. Now estimate to fix is 2 grand and now warranty on work completed. Quote "Im not a miracle worker." Need to replace the entire tailgate and paint. I think they should have offered to refund repair work completed since it was within their warranty period.

Someone scratched my cars front bumper while taking turn in a parking lot. 1st took it to another auto body shop.they gave me a estimate of $1200. then took my car to IBS and the guy who checked my gar brought some chemical and cleaned the bumper, all scratch gone as if nothing happened. So I paid zero just because the guy was honest to the customer .Highly recommended as honesty matters more than money.

BEST IN THE BUSINESS! Took my g35 to IBS because i needed my quarter panel repaired. Rocco n his guys made it took like it never happened! Fantastic work, i was blown away by the quality! Also IBS cleaned my car inside and out and polished n waxed my car & to top it off....they even cleaned my rims, made them look brand new! I highly recommend IBS.

I cant say enough about this company and their customer service....they get it. They are an outstanding group of people who will do whats right for the customer AND they do great work. You couldnt even tell they had to completely redo a part of my car where I scrapped the paint all the way down to the metal.

Needed body repair on my car. Front and back. They took care of everything...insurance/paperwork, etc. The body work is excellent, but what blew me away was that they washed my car!!! Not only outside, which was awfully dirtly from snow and salt, but INSIDE! Unheard of. Thank you IBS!!!

Internal damage was done to my door. I was told it was old age for the car. The workers must have been untruthful to the owner because when I took off the door, the panel had clearly been torn off, the speaker had not been reattached, and my door latch was left detached.

My Mothers car was left in this shops care for repair. When it was done, she had nothing but problems. She took it to another shop and had thousands of dollars worth of damage never fixed and had to have her insurance reimburse her. Do not recommend this shop at all.

They repaired a stress crack in the front bumper of my 2014 Ford Taurus. It was done to perfection! You cannot tell there was ever a crack. Looks better than when it was in the showroom. Rocco and his staff are excellent.
