I was extremely impressed with the service and work I received from this location. I was a complete wreck after crashing my car on a Sunday. I took it the following day, Monday, and was given an estimate to have my car completed by Friday. The car was a brand new 2016, also a lease, so I was extremely nervous about it being restored to original so that I do not receive penalties upon returning my lease. Not only was my car done within 3 days, not 5, but it looked AMAZING. Also, being young, I was worried about the pricing. Moe who helped me gave me an estimate that was still doable, he didnt try to take advantage of that fact that I was a young woman. I would, hopefully I dont need to, use them again and would strongly suggest this place to others. HAPPY CUSTOMER!

TREATED ME LIKE FAMILY; Mike and the rest of the staff at the shop were very polite and considerate. I had heard about the new shop on Gratiot by a buddy of mine who had taken his car to their other location in Eastpoint. I must say.. hands down the best experience Ive ever had dealing with staff. I brought in my 2013 Dodge Ram for a pretty bad fender bender, not only did they waive my deductible, they made my truck look better then when I bought it !!. I received the truck in a timely manner and was updated throughout the entire process and not to mention.. my loaner was a brand new Dodge Charger RT. I couldnt ask for more THANKS MIKE !
