Earlier this year I took our car in after we had a local mechanic repair our car to get our vehicle aligned. The mechanic was the one to refer us here. I had an appointment, I thought no problems in the beginning. After 2 hours I am FINALLY told they are unable to do the alignment. There was a noise the car was making. I was told that whoever repaired our car did a bad repair job installing the struts and mounts. I was even told I could get my old parts installed and then come back here to have them do the job the mechanic did and get my car aligned. My husband is certified and has worked with cars before. He also had been the one to purchase the car parts himself. I had to pay $45 for the car NOT being aligned. I played on the "oh no i have no clue" and asked the guy at the counter to write it all down so I could show my husband. He did. Then I showed my husband who went back to the local mechanic. He made a copy of that paperwork with the handwritten note going on about a bad repair job and what we needed to do so we could it back to Duncans to repair it and realign it. It wasnt a bad repair job, a bushing was lose is what my husband said which was only tightened. We had no problems getting our car aligned elsewhere. However, this local mechanic was pretty livid to see that hand written note claiming that it was a bad repair job. He stated to us that he wouldnt be referring any other people, in fact he may direct them elsewhere. We took our car somewhere else. I would prefer to give my business to local small businesses to support them.

Yesterday as I was pulling my new boat from Alabama back to Florida on I-10 some 20 miles from Lake City and I-75, my low fuel warning light came on. I began looking for an exit immediately as anyone who travels I-10 knows, exits are few and far between. At one mile before exit 281, my F350 diesel ran out of fuel. I pulled over and called the Florida Highway Patrol. They were sooooo helpful and gave me a few numbers of towing garages. I called Duncan Tire & Auto and asked if they were vendors for Allstate Motor Club. Mr. Duncan said yes they were and that he would go ahead and leave that minute to pick up diesel for me and start out in my direction. I then called Allstate Motor Club to request Duncan Tire & Auto. It took Allstate 18 minutes to locate where I was at and to contact Duncan Tire & Auto (thank goodness Mr. Duncan was already on the way) even though I told the dispatcher where I was according to the Highway Patrol. If it had not been for Mr. Duncans quick response and courteous service, I might still be sitting on the side of the road. All told, I only lost 30 minutes of driving time! Thank you Mr. Duncan!!! If you ever break down between Tallahassee and Lake City, Florida, be sure to call Duncan Tire & Auto, youll be glad you did!

We were camping at the local music park, when our fuel pump went out on our Suburban. Len Duncan himself was the one who towed our vehicle to his shop. We waited less than 30 minutes for the tow truck to pick us up, which is pretty amazing considering he had to fight the festival traffic out flow to get to us. The staff were all very helpful, and they fixed our vehicle in a timely manner, and at a very fair price. I would recommend this company for anyone who has vehicle problems while traveling in this area.

We just want to thank this company for helping us out when we were in a huge emergency situation. The tow truck driver went above and beyond to help get our broken down truck and trailer with motorcycle on it to a safe location, and then he also made sure we were delivered to a decent place for the night until our vehicle emergency could be addressed the following morning. Excellent service and replaced 2 camper tires within a half hour. Our family was on our way to Disney world, shredded a tire, and we were back on the road within 1 hour of having the tire shred. Great prices, fast service, and all on a holiday weekend. Would highly recommend.

I came in from Florida on my way to Georgia and had a piece of metal in my sidewall. They had me in and out in ten minutes! Service was great, prices were decent and reasonable, and I cant say how much relief it was to know that I can get in and out and back on the road :)

Picked up a nail while traveling on I-10. We went to this store upon recommendation of our Hotels staff. Tire fixed, in and out in 15 minutes. Price was reasonable and staff super nice!
