Today, is the first chance I have had to write this review. I had told the staff I would when I had picked up my vehicle sometime back. One of the reasons I used this Company and their services was not due to the good or bad reviews that I had read but, because when talking to Thom I could tell, that not only did he know what he was talking about. We made a call while I was on the phone with someone and here is what happen. The Insurance had said my vehicle is a total loss. It was all ready at another shop and I did not have rental coverage. Thom told me he would tow my vehicle to his shop and review the estimate. Two days later Thom contacted me and informed me that my vehicle would be repaired and that I needed to come to the shop to pick up my rental car. I just couldnt believe it. Two weeks later I picked up my car and it looked like new. Thom and his staff saved me thousands of dollars and handled everything for me. YES I DO USE THEM ALL THE TIME, BECAUSE THEY DO WAY MORE THEN BODY AND PAINT REPAIRS. NO I DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. I HAVE BEEN WAITING IN THE LOBBY AND HAVE HEARD AND SEEN THIS COMPANY GO OUT OF THERE WAY FOR CUSTOMERS AND SERVICE IS WHAT THEY ARE ALL ABOUT. DO YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY A BIG FAVOR, DONT GO ANYWHERE ALSE, CARSTAR IS THE BEST AND NATIONWIDE WARRENTY. If Thom and his staff hadnt done what ever it is they did. I would have had car payments again, and Im just to old for that. SO THANK THOM AND ALL THE STAFF AT CARSTAR. SEE YOU IN TWO WEKS FOR BRAKES ...

Frist of all I have never had to use a body shop before, so I had no clue as to what to do or who to trust. My Insurance Company told me they would handle everything for me. They towed my vehicle to a shop and called me to stop in and sign some papers. Before I went there I googled them and read the reviews and Reviews of other shops in the area, than I went to the shop to look the place over. I just didnt feel right about the whole thing. I went to the dealer where we got the car in the first place and ask them if they used any shops and they told us about Carstar Alum Creek on Alum Creek Drive. I checked out there reviews and wow, nothing but good reviews. We drove over and met with them and just so helpful and kind. We had the vehicle repaired at CARSTAR ALUM CREEK and what a blessing they have been, great repairs, worked with the insurance company, cleaned my car, great service, always helpful. We will tell everyone we know and talk too about your company and the great service we got from Maurice and Tom. Tom we pray you get better soon. Thank you so much for being a trusted and blessing from God Company.

Stopped in for an estimate after going to where my insurance company told me to go. Ive seen the name around and thought, Im here why not lets see what they have to say. WOW as soon as I walked in I was greeted with welcome to carstar. that was nice, even though they had customers in the office. Ask me if I would like and coffee or other drink and had me fill out a form. They looked my vehicle over and told me what they thought and very detailed too. The first thing that I liked was the fact that they didnt try to push me to use them. that is why I used them. But here is the big different, the estimate I got from the other repair shop was over thousand dollars higher then carstars estimate. They did a great job and kept me up to date with the repairs. I will use them again and refer every one I know to them. great service from start to end.

I cannot say enough about the great customer service I received from Maurice and CARSTAR. It was AMAZING!!! Maurice took his time and explained to me the entire processes of repairing my car and the insurance estimates payout. I found myself in a situation with the insurance company wanting me to go with another shop without getting a second estimate from Maurice, he did a mobile estimate at my job. I wanted another estimate because I thought the other driver was uninsured. Maurice showed up just in time and got everything squared away, including the other drivers name and insurance information. If I had gone with the other shop, it would have been the end of the month for my car to be repaired. It was repaired in three days!!! I am very pleased with the turn around and their service.

I highly recommend this company and there staff. I have used this company two times now and both times Thom and his staff have gone out of there way to make sure the vehicles were repaired right the first time and worked with the insurance companies. The last time which was back around charismas time, we got hit and the other persons insurance company tried to tell me that I had to use another shop. I told them that my car would only be repaired at Carstar and by Thom. So long story short, they had me bring the car to them after we picked it up, so they could look it over. As if they would find something wrong they too stated what a great job Thom and his staff had done and that they dont see that to often. Great job CARSTAR ALUM CREEK and Thank you Tom

They sat Allstate has you in good hands but this is not true, my insurance company is ALLSTATE and the guys at CARSTAR covered me from start to the end. THEY HAD ME IN GOOD HANDS".... ALLSTART drop the ball somewhere down the line and my car repairs were held up for 3 long weeks the guys at CARSTAR fought for me and won and 3 days later I had my car. My Shinny Red 2009 Honda Fit looks as New FOR DEALSHIP FOR SALE!!!... I am very pleased happy with the service I received and if any one looking for a Auto body Repair who will stand up and flight your insurance company to do the right thing the CARSTAR IS THE PLACE TO GO!!

Wow...is all i can say....I have had the best experience with this company. Maurice is the most professional and hardworking man I have encountered. He kept me updated thru texts and phone calls every step of the way. Not to mention he had my car back to me in no time. When everything was done and over he delivered my car to me without hesitation. If u want your car done right please I encourage you to come see them asap. Carstar on Alumcreek gets 5 stars. they asked to tow my car , then after the repair the brought my car with no remote . I call the guy name john he said he was gonna call me back to let me know about the remote , he never did . I called him back after 24hrs , he told me he couldnt find my remote to my car . My car always have a remote .They were nice to me , but very nasty after they got there check from the insurance company . I would not recommend them for a repair
