Really a bad experience with them I was rear ended in my newer car and I thought everything looked good when I got it back Well my luck about 3 weeks later I was rear ended again Thank God I decided to take it to another body shop come to find out they never fixed the damage under my car right they used black spray paint to cover up something damaged from the wreck . And some upper body damage they did not fix right either.......And to even make it worse I have called them about the bumper and even took it up there to them due to the bumper sticking out on the drivers side and they said all it looks ok they are all new parts !!!!!!!!Wonder how many peoples cars they did a crappy job on............I hope my insurance company goes after them cause I am letting Nationwide know Well talked to Ben several times he told me he would fix my car right, and would send us pictures everyday of the process and get me a rental. Something sounds fishy, I should not have to have pictures sent to me it should have been done right the first time .... well my car is already at another shop being repaired and my other half said VSP Body Shop should have fixed it right the first time, we should not have to give them a second chance and he did not want our car back at that shop....So needless to say Ben said he does not guarantee anyones work ! Even we are paying out of pocket for the damages VSP never fixed VSP refuses to pay for it....So I will let our Attorney know and the Attorney General was already contacted ...........Insurance Fraud is a big thing ! I will also let Insurance Companies know about this place !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I havent even picked up my car yet and I have nothing but good things to say about Bill and VSP auto body. I didnt have to search them, they found me, before Bill was done with his pitch I was saying yes. They came and got my car that day, made arrangements with the adjuster, even got my rental lease extended due to an insight by the Ins company. By far the best and easiest experience I have ever had with an insurance claim. 6 stars, 12 out of ten, 3 thumbs up. Thanks, Chris M So I picked up my car today, and I have to say that after the service I received, I expected no less than what I saw. My car as perfect as the day I bought her. It was totaled by the Ins company and the guys at VSP made sure that I wasnt losing my car. God bless you Bill, Viktor, and the rest of your team. Your new customer for life, Chris M

I recently got my car paint damaged against a wall in a garage when I made a sharp turn. I got quotes for requiring from several body shops and the quotes ranged from $500 to $1200. The quote from VSP (around $900) was not the lowest but an old friend of mine highly recommended VSP to me. In addition, Victor at VSP was very nice to talk with and he explained that they would take apart the bumper and paint the entire quarter panel instead of just taping and painting only the damaged parts. Hence, I decided to give them a try. They were very quick and fixed my car in 4 days, which significantly reduced the inconvenience for me. When I went pick up my car from VSP, I was very happy to see that all the damages were perfectly fixed and the car looked brand new again. I could not be happier with the quality work from VSP. Again, they are not the cheapest but for the ratio of quality over cost, I believe they are among the best in Columbus. I would highly recommend VSP to my friends.

I had an appointment scheduled for 10 am for an estimate on some damage from a recent wreck. I pulled in on time, the mechanic told me the gentleman that would be helping me just left with a customer to test out a car; and the mechanic was already helping someone else in front of me. So normally no big deal, Ill wait my turn. Not for a half hour though. No one came into the lobby to say anything else to me. No Im sorry for your wait, no Im sorry my guys late, nothing! I was very dissatisfied with my experience at your establishment. A little common courtesy goes a long way. Just a small apology or just the acknowledgement that Im a paying costumer that would possibly be using your business. I DO NOT recommend this place at all.

When my car was struck by a truck a few weeks ago, I was overwhelmed dealing with a snippy insurance agent from the other drivers insurer and constant calls and letters from chiropractors, body shops, and lawyers. Im not a car enthusiast, so I didnt know how to go about picking a body shop. Bill was friendly and courteous, however, so I researched VSP. I found they had an A+ rating from the BBB and many positive reviews for their work. I took a shot and had them handle the repairs, and Im happy to report that I dont regret my decision. They worked quickly and effectively and stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process. My car looks great, and Id happily recommend them to others.
