Do not go to the body shop. My repair is taking twice as long as I was told. I also have a small dent in a door that they received extra insurance money to blend the paint so it matches the repair. They want to charge $600 for a $50 dent. In the past body shops have blended the paint for the original cost as well as not trying to jack up the price. Roush is billing over $6,000 for small repair and still wants more. Better customer service would say something like, Normally that would cost $600, but since we are already doing work we can either cover it or at a significant reduction in price. I will not be back
