I have a few cars fixed by Eric and his team. They did exceptional work on the cars and even people that are personal friends of mine. Im sorry to say different with the last work done on my F250. I had to take back in to have my door bottom seals flipped around, they mounted them incorrectly. The second time was do some rust issue. I was told that the rusted metal would be replaced with new. This does not seem the case the fine workmanship only lasted 7 to 8 months before the quality went South. There are a few other details I would like to list but this post would take long to read. In short for them to fix the issue requires more financial charges which I would be willing to work with. The only problem I have stopped by and Eric is to busy to see me or even call me back. As a dedicated customer, paying the sum of money required where is the satisfaction? I will stop by a third time again but if this is the new way of quality, time for a change.

This place was recommended by a friend of a friend. I had some rust damage that became a good size hole in my rear quarter so I used a body filler and painted it myself, my repair only lasted 6 months, so I took my car here, I was told they would cut out the bad area and weld in new metal so it would last. The repair looked good at first, but after inspecting it closer I realize they had only painted over my patch job, (which took them 5 days) And they had not done what I paid for at all. The repair started going bad within weeks, and there is a big reason why they make you sign your bill that states NO GUARANTEE ON ANY WORK !

Eirc and his stuff handle my minivan with great care. I had just a little rust on it, but when I got it back It looked better then when I bought the van. They had excellent communication process with me thought the hold time.
