After being rear-ended while stopped at a light I need a repair shop that would not only do repairs but give me a warranty and be in business when my car comes off lease and be able to pass an inspection at that time. Of the 30 or so shops that called Fine Line was one of the few that agreed to send me an email and follow-up when the other partys insurance accepted full responsibility. They came to my house and without being asked their appraiser got on his back, slid under the car and saw lots of damage that you could not see just looking at the car. Damage that would have cost me plenty at that lease turn-in. Aaron the Olentangy manager and his staff managed the other partys insurance and got our rental car ready and on-site when we dropped off our car. Aaron even helped ID the rental cars pre-existing condition with me. Cut the work. It honestly looks better today than it did coming from the showroom as it has a nice wax and detailing inside and out and everything lines up just like it should... even the warranty we drove away with and the peace of mind that Fineline and its clean new and very professional Olentangy location will be there to help if you ever need them.

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Iain and Jenna in the office were so helpful in helping me figure out how to put a claim through my insurance and getting a car rental. When they were working on my car, Jenna called me every few days to keep me in the loop on what was going on. Whenever I had any questions/concerns, someone was quick to respond to my email or call within an hour or so. They helped cover my deductible - which helped me IMMENSELY. When I picked up my car, it looked even better than when I dropped it off. The work was amazing, they touched up any extra scratches they saw while working on my car, they cleaned the outside as well as deep cleaned the inside. I honestly cant say enough about how thankful I am for them and how kind they were. I know sometimes its hard to believe the reviews online - but I will be coming back to them (god forbid) in the future if I need to, and I will be referring everyone I know to them. After going through a bad couple of weeks and issues that I couldnt control, they helped me remember there are really good people and companies out there!

Excellent Experience!! I needed my front bumper replaced and had an incredibly good experience at Fine Line Auto Body Olentangy! Heres why: 1) Price - I got 3 quotes on the parts, paint, & labor costs for the repair: ~$500, ~$800, ~$1,200... needless to say Fine Line was the ~$500. 2) Turnaround Time - With those same 3 quotes, I received estimates of when the repair would be done: 1-2 days, 5-7 days, could not get me in until 3 weeks later... again, Fine Line had the best option of 1-2 days. 3) Friendly & Professional - all three places I went had very nice and professional staff, but you could tell that Aaron, Taylor, and the team at Fine Line Auto Body really worked hard to make this experience easy and as enjoyable as fixing your car can be. 4) Quality Work - after the repair, the bumper looked brand new (honestly, its the best looking part of the car now), the car was freshly washed, and they even cleaned & wiped down the interior! KUDOS to everyone there! I would HIGHLY recommend Fine Line Auto Body Olentangy!

My car had a deep dent on the passenger side door last week. So I googled the auto body shop around the campus, then I found Fine Line. Its Aaron took good care of my car. He checked the dent and told me thats the damage by some kind of tool like hammer, not hit by other cars doors. Thanks to you asswhole! If you didnt hit my car I wont know Aaron and his awesome body shop! After two days, Fine Line called me and told me the car was ready to pickup. I ran to the shop immediately. You know what? The magic just happened. I couldnt tell where exact the position the dent used to be. And the new paint job is smooth like ice! So glad I found this body shop with a reasonable price. I decide to repaint my hood and roof at Fine Line after the winter. Recommended!! (Btw, they also washed the car before giving it to me! Thats so kind! But it would be great if they can put me chairs back to its original position! If they could do so, their service deserves six stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)

Ive never written a review for anything before but I felt compelled to convey how great of an experience I had with these guys. I was in a collision that wrecked the entire front of my car. It looked terrible aesthetically and looked even worse under the hood. I brought my car to the Fine Line Auto Body location off Olentangy. Within 8 days, they had fixed the outside, inside as well given the car a new paint-job. They even cleaned the inside of my car. It legitimately looks better (and smells better inside) than before the wreck. Aaron, the manager, was very friendly and helpful, keeping me in the loop throughout the ordeal. They also coordinated with my insurance company, minimizing the hassle I had to go through. They have a quasi- on-site Geico adjuster who was super friendly. Like I said, I dont write reviews but Ill give credit where its truly due: these guys did a great job. Within 8 days, they had fixed what I thought was irreparable damage. Much, much appreciated.

I came here with it being my first accident in a town Im still new to. Michael and Jena of Fine Line treated my like family the second I walked in there. They kindly walked me through the process, even multiple times when I got confused. They were able to work with my insurance company later because it was a Saturday and my insurance was closed. They handled everything with my car rental, despite me not even knowing my policy. Then they paid for an Uber to take me to the car rental place. They worked extremely well and hard with my insurance so that they didnt have to "total" my car (meaning the cost of repairs was not worth it for an older car). The work they did on my car was superb, and they even cleaned the inside of my car. They also paid for my deductible! When I said I was shocked, they replied, "we told you we would well take care of you." That they did! Thank you so much Fine Line for everything!!!!

i was involved in an accident mid October and did not get my car back until mid-January. The work was poorly done and was not complete even after almost 3 months in the shop. I was driving the night I got it back and the whole splash guard under the car started dragging and causing a loud noise. They came out and took it off the next evening, but I am still experiencing a bumpy ride and my car definitely does not drive the same. They damaged part of my drive shaft that had not been damaged in the accident and while trying to get it repaired, they kept giving me dates to pick up my car and then that day, they would tell me that something else had gone wrong with my car. I still have another part waiting at their shop that I need to go pick up, but have not had the time. I had used Fine Line for many years and was extremely disappointed and angry about the service I recently received from them this time.
