Took my car in for a Groupon detail deal. Very good rates. While I dropped my car off, I noticed that they had tint service too. I asked that my front windows be redone and informed them I was going out of town for new years and needed things to be spot on. 8 hours later I came to the shop, waited another hour, then when the manager showed up, he asked if they could take me to my house and pick me up when my car was finally ready. Unhappy with the lack of control at this place. Detailers didnt even know what a package included (was told by employee its dependant on the customer). Tint had to be redone. Wont go back for tint. Detail was pretty decent... also my first time getting a detail.

Charged extra for the very little dog hair present because a dog got in once in my car. The cleaning was not what I expected out of it. The stain on my back seat popped right up when they dried properly. Nooks and crannies in the console was not cleaned properly. Had gotten a Groupon for this thinking Im getting a good deal but Jax Kar Wash probably provides same service at the same rate without discount.

The best around. Needed my car detailed and the back seats were horrible looking before I took it in. When I got it looked amazing. The seats looked brand new. And I mean when I took it in, they were all stained and bad looking (tons of stains everywhere). Thanks so much guys. love it!!!!!!!

I brought my car to the Clinton Township location recently for a detail using thier Groupon. I was absolutely amazed by how clean my car was. I didnt even recognize it! Great Service, friendly staff, amazing work! Buzz-off Automotive is the only place o go.

Would highly recommend to anyone, and very friendly and helpful staff- Tiffany and Sean!!! Phenomenal job. Gave me a 50% off coupon and the car looks brand new. Got almost 5 year old stains out from underneath the rugs.
